Just like the name "Face Gargle", it really feels like it's gargling your face. The scent is similar to toothpaste, and when used with the dedicated brush to cleanse the face, it feels like washing your face with toothpaste. Pros
The cooling sensation is immediate in the summer, and it feels like my pores are being washed away refreshingly. The foam doesn't lather up too much, but the cooling sensation is so nice that the lack of foam doesn't really affect the cleansing. The mint fragrance also gives a slightly decongestant feeling.

It seems I understand why Strong is Strong. It's truly Strong, as the name suggests. When using toothpaste, I prefer something strong, and this seems like a very strong version of a foam cleanser. The main benefit is that it provides a very refreshing sensation on the face.
