The cleanser itself is Hwahae and has a cooling effect, but the irritation caused by using the toothbrush to roll it on was just too much. If I roll it on a little harder, my skin peels off... But if I roll it on gently, it doesn't have any effect. It's frustrating - if I roll it on a bit harder, I immediately get wounds and my skin barrier is compromised, causing adverse effects. Unless you have super tough skin that doesn't get easily damaged, I don't recommend this product. The irritation is intense, and the effects are lacking. There are gentler products with good effects, so I don't see the need to use this one.
