1. The fragrance is not good. 2. I have combination-dry skin, so I chose this product based on a recommendation, but after using it, my skin became more flaky. It feels just like a rich, nourishing cream. This product is perfect for those with combination skin that lacks oil. Since it didn't suit my skin, I gave it to my 50-year-old mother, whose skin gets along well with camellia oil. If your skin is compatible with camellia oil, give it a try! I have a lot of products that don't suit my skin. To give you a reference, honey, snail, propolis, yeast fermented products, and oils don't work for me. My skin feels dry inside, but the oil production increases over time. The lotion was fine when I applied a small amount, but when I used a bit more, it caused breakouts. Pros
In the winter, I have very dry and sensitive skin, but this is truly amazing and moisturizing. The dehydration is completely gone, and even on days when it's 10 degrees below zero, I can finish my routine with just this cream without feeling dry all day! There's no tightness either. It's the best for dry skin, tightness, and maintaining the moisture-oil balance! The oil content is high but it has a comfortable, non-greasy feel. For the first 10 days or so, my skin felt so comfortable and nice.
Cons
After about 10 days, my skin suddenly became red and itchy, like contact dermatitis. I kept my entire skincare routine the same, but just stopped using this lotion, and my skin went back to normal. It seems the coconut oil was the issue. I bought a product from the same line that doesn't have coconut oil, but that also ended up irritating and reddening my skin. And I don't know why, but there's gold powder in it that gets stuck on my face and is irritating. It's really causing breakouts. I don't really see any benefits from the toner. I'm really disappointed, as this seems like it would be a holy grail product for those whose skin agrees with it.
Tip
For those who don't do well with coconut oil, this is a no-go. It was fine for about a week, and then my skin suddenly flared up. The gold powder is also irritating and making things worse. It's quite creamy and rich. In fact, for combination skin types, this line doesn't really need a cream at all. Those with oily skin probably won't use this line much anyway... But for those with combination skin that's on the drier side, the lotion alone provides sufficient hydration. Only those with extremely dry skin would need to use the cream as well. Just using the lotion prevents that tight, painful feeling on the face when the cold wind blows. It's almost like a protective layer... Ah, I always have such trouble with flaky skin and my face hurting from the cold winds during the seasonal changes, so I'd recommend this to those who struggle with that.

The unique aspect of this line's lotion is that it contains coconut oil. There's a lot of controversy around coconut oil - whether it's good or bad for oily skin, whether it helps with breakouts, blah blah blah...
