  Pros

  I used this product as a set with the camellia skin toner. Like the toner, it comes in a convenient pump bottle, and it absorbs well into the skin.

  Cons

  Unlike the toner, it stings a bit when applied. After application, there's a slight sticky feeling left on the skin. It seems to absorb after some time, but maybe because I have oily skin, I felt a bit of heaviness.

  Tip

  It's best to apply plenty of the camellia toner first, then use a small amount of this emulsion and spread it thinly. Following up with a generous layer of moisturizer seems to make it feel less heavy and more refreshing!

  Pros

  As I entered my mid-20s, I started using this product for its nourishing and hydrating effects. While the product image might seem a bit old-fashioned, it's not overly rich. It's so moisturizing that you might not need an additional hydrating cream, and it helps balance oil and moisture. The texture isn't too heavy - it's actually lighter than Physiogel cream. My skin feels less tight and more energized. Despite its richness, it doesn't cause blemishes like some other products do.

  Cons

  I loved it so much that I recommended it to a friend, but she had to stop using it due to itching. On the other hand, my mother and I continue to use it without issues. It seems the effects can vary depending on the individual. I also think it might feel a bit heavy during summer.

  Tip

  To combat deep dryness, use a non-greasy, hydrating essence or ampoule as a base layer, then finish with a thick nourishing cream or moisturizer. Your skin will feel amazing the next day!

  Pros

  One day, out of the blue... I felt my face tightening. Wrinkles started creeping around my eyes, and I suddenly felt the weight of aging. After using Isoi products for a while, it seemed like my skin was signaling for more nourishing skincare. While searching for products suitable for my mother, I stumbled upon this. True to the rumors, it feels packed with nutrients. It absorbs well, and especially makes makeup application a breeze!

  Cons

  The scent... it's reminiscent of an old man's room. It's a bit musty. The fragrance fills the room, which is a bit awkward. However, it's not nauseating. It's tolerable, but if you're looking for a fresh-scented product, this might not be for you.

  Tip

  If you finish with the repair cream and camellia oil from the same company... your skin will have a beautiful glow.

  Pros

  I'm not quite sure what to make of this... The fragrance is intensely reminiscent of camellia blossoms.

  Cons

  After using this, my blemishes went into overdrive. I have oily, acne-prone skin, so that might be why... I'll give it another try in winter, but if it doesn't work out, I'll have to toss it. Also, the scent is overwhelmingly strong. It's so incredibly potent, I suspect it might be due to the added fragrances.

  Pros

  It does make your skin feel hydrated and has a nice balance of oil and moisture. It's perfect for winter use.

  Cons

  You should only use this when it's really cold and dry. It feels extremely heavy on the skin. It doesn't suit my skin at all - it stings and itches as soon as I apply it.
