However, for my extremely dry skin, the effect seems short-lived...
ConsIn the morning, my skin feels dry again, and the scent reminds me of old-fashioned emulsion. Also, after using it for over a week, I keep getting painful blemishes on my face.

ConsThe scent is overwhelmingly strong, reminiscent of what we often call 'mom's cosmetics', which makes it a bit off-putting.

The texture is lighter than I expected, feeling like a cross between an emulsion and a cream. It's a decent moisturizer - not particularly impressive, but not disappointing either. The biggest plus? No blemishes (that's a win! 😊)
ConsIt has a floral scent due to artificial fragrance. While it's not overwhelmingly strong, I have a slight allergy that makes me sneeze with strong scents, so I'm noting this as a drawback.
TipYou can use this like a hydrating moisturizer. For dry skin types: If you need more hydration, try layering it, following up with a more moisturizing cream, or mixing in some facial oil like I do. For combination/oily skin: Apply plenty of toner or mist first, then use a small amount of this cream. It won't feel heavy on your face and will add that extra boost of hydration.

The cream dispenser tip is angled, allowing you to squeeze out just the right amount cleanly - it's perfect to use. I usually prefer this type of tip, but it's surprisingly hard to find in my favorite cosmetics. When the product arrived, it was still hot summer, so when I first applied the cream to my face, it felt a bit heavy. However, as time passed, I liked how it retained moisture while leaving my skin feeling soft and smooth. I'm a fan of hyaluronic acid products, and well-made ones often have this effect. The texture is somewhere between a cream and an emulsion, or maybe a balm. It might not be enough for dry winter skin (especially at night), but it seems perfect for daily use starting now. These days, I finish my skincare routine with just sunscreen or a sun cushion after my base products. I was worried the cream might make my skin oily, but it didn't look much different from usual. On days when I'm concerned about dry skin from strong UV rays, I apply this cream lightly after a soothing gel. It gives me peace of mind about wrinkles too. I guess we'll see with consistent use!
ConsI was a bit surprised there was no seal when I first opened it... Also, as someone who prefers natural skincare products, I found the scent of the cream quite bothersome. After checking the ingredients on Hwahae, I thought most people who use cosmetics might find the fragrance strong. It reminded me a bit of my mother's cosmetics? I think it would be great if they could improve the scent.
TipExpecting a soothing effect, I stored it in the refrigerator, and it worked quite well. After using a sample cleanser incorrectly, I noticed redness on my forehead and cheeks, but it quickly subsided. Since then, I've been keeping it refrigerated, and it feels great with a slight cooling effect, similar to a soothing gel.

The hole wasn't too small, so the cream came out well. It has a thick, creamy texture and is quite rich. I'd say the moisture to oil ratio is about 3:7. Given its rich nature, it's likely more suitable for those with dry skin rather than oily. Despite this, it finishes with a smooth, velvety feel without any stickiness or greasiness. Even for those with oily skin, it could be good for use in the cooler fall and winter months. I'd recommend using it more as a night cream than a day cream. Because it's quite rich, I used a small amount and followed up with a hydrating moisturizer. The key is in controlling the amount! If you apply too much, you might wake up with excess oil on your face in the morning. I suggest applying it sparingly. My skin is sensitive and usually breaks out in the T-zone and forehead when a product doesn't suit me, but I didn't experience any blemishes while using this. In fact, it seemed to help calm existing blemishes and improve skin texture.
ConsIt was more rich than I expected, which made it a bit heavy for morning use. While it might be fine in winter, it's still too much for daytime use at the moment. It's not a light cream, but rather a bit heavy, and I found the oil content to be higher than the moisture content, which was slightly disappointing. Also, it has a strong scent like Innisfree's green tea serum - a rose scent? It's a somewhat complex floral fragrance. Those sensitive to fragrances should take note. When I misjudged the amount, I experienced some tingling around my eyes. It's best to avoid the eye area. I also recommend applying only a small amount to areas that tend to get oily, like the forehead and nose.
TipFor those with combination dehydrated skin, try using just a small amount of this product and finishing with a hydrating moisturizer on top. You'll likely see great results as it balances oil and moisture well!

It has just the right amount of richness without feeling heavy, so it wasn't overwhelming. I have super sensitive skin prone to deep dryness, but this cream felt comfortable and kept my skin from drying out easily. I'm really enjoying using it! Since it's a barrier-strengthening cream, it might be difficult to see immediate results, but with its 7-layer ceramide formula, I'm planning to purchase more and continue using it. The price feels a bit high for the amount, but Aritaum often has brand sales, so it could be a good deal if you buy it then!
ConsWhile not a major drawback, the slightly artificial floral scent wasn't particularly pleasant. The fragrance reminded me of less expensive cosmetics. However, since the scent doesn't linger, it wasn't too bothersome.
