For your information, I have seborrheic dermatitis and my scalp is particularly sensitive, especially when exposed to sunlight in the summer. Pros
The amount of hair loss has significantly decreased. It has a cooling sensation, which makes me feel good. I'm not sure if it can be used on sensitive scalps. When I apply this and rinse it off with water, my hair becomes silky smooth, like seaweed. I'm using it about once every 3 days instead of a hair treatment.
Cons
It doesn't come out easily. I have to press down with both hands to get it out. Since I can't see it directly on my scalp, it either comes out too much or too little.

Pros
I purchased this product to soothe my scalp after a scalp scrubbing, as it felt quite irritated. It seems to have a slight cooling effect as well.

The packaging is too inconvenient to use. I have to squeeze the bottle multiple times to get the product onto my scalp, as it comes out inconsistently. Additionally, rinsing it off is a bit tricky.

First, I only used this product after using the same brand's scalp scaling product. 1. When using the above scaling product, my head gets very hot. Of course, this means the scaling was effective, but it also means the scalp was irritated, so I immediately use this scalp pack to soothe the scalp. The effect is good too. 2. The cream formula is thick and creamy, and the small opening and well-adjustable container mean that it doesn't gush out all at once, which is great.
