Pros: Refreshing + Moisturizing I've found it works even better when I gently pat my face dry with a towel, apply the product, and then leave it on for 5 minutes. It paired well with the sea salt scalp scrub. After using the product, there's a distinctive scent that lingers for quite a while. I didn't notice any significant improvements after using it. For context, I have seborrheic dermatitis and particularly sensitive scalp that tends to flake when exposed to sunlight in summer. As an adult, I've been stressed about increasing hair loss. That's when I started using a shampoo from this line, which has worked well for me. Upon recommendation, I decided to try their scalp pack too! The thick consistency prevents dripping during application, and its cooling effect makes it perfect for sensitive scalps in summer. The narrow opening allows for precise application to the scalp. While there's a slight hair dye-like scent initially, it's not noticeable after application. After massaging it in and rinsing, my hair feels silky smooth. I'm satisfied with the results - after about two months of use, I've noticed increased hair density along my part. I'll definitely keep using it! If you're already a fan of their shampoo line, I think you'll be pleased with this product too! I don't have any complaints yet...! My scalp was so itchy and dry that it was getting really scratched up, even leaving blood on my pillow. But after using this, the itchiness has improved so much! I truly recommend it. This is incredibly refreshing! I only use it once every two weeks to avoid irritation, but it's amazingly cooling. Plus, when I rinse it off, my hair feels so soft. Highly recommended! It's so difficult to squeeze out! The container is too rigid, making it hard to get the product out. I wish they'd make it in a tube form with a narrow nozzle instead!

The amount of hair loss has significantly decreased. I love the cooling effect - it's so refreshing! Not sure if it's suitable for super sensitive scalps though. When I rinse it out, my hair feels silky smooth, like seaweed in water. I've been using this instead of my regular treatment about once every three days. It's difficult to dispense. You need to squeeze hard with both hands to get the product out. After scalp exfoliation, I felt my hair needed some nourishment, so I bought this. It's convenient that you can apply it to the scalp too, so you don't have to worry about only getting it on your hair! To be honest, I'm not sure about its effectiveness. And the container is really inconvenient. My arms get tired using it! The packaging definitely needs improvement. Also, since you're applying it to the scalp, you need to rinse it out more thoroughly! You really need to rinse it out well to prevent blemishes from forming
