It's nice to apply the lukewarm pink bar.

These days, there are a lot of lipsticks with great application, but this one feels a bit dry and doesn't apply as smoothly as I'd like.

The Matte Powder Kiss Sheer Outrageous lipstick is great! It's not too matte or waxy like a crayon, so it applies smoothly and powdery with a nice, soft feel. The staying power is also good. The color is a light azalea shade, somewhere between pink and coral. I saw it recommended for warm spring complexions on YouTube, and I'm really happy with it! When I used to only wear bold, deep shades, the lighter color felt a bit strange at first, but it makes my look much softer and more flattering.

The Powder Kiss formula looks beautiful on its own, but it's especially pretty when blended with other colors

It feels a bit dry and slippery, so I apply a lip mask first or layer it over a lip gloss.

It works well as a base lip product. The color was more of an MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade than I expected.

The matte formula requires exfoliating before application to look beautiful.
Applying this as a base and then topping it with any random red lip color you have lying around will make you look absolutely stunning.

There is a bit of flaky skin that shows up.
And most importantly... I'm in the 23-24 shade range, and when I used it, the lip color was too bright for me and just floated on my lips... It can only be used as a base for darker skin tones.

The color is perfectly spring-like and bouncy coral pink.
I highly recommend this to all you warm-toned beauties!
The scent has a sweet chocolatey note.
It seems perfect to use as a base.

Before bed, I like to generously apply some Vaseline or a lip mask, and then during my makeup routine, I'll add another layer of lip balm. After that, I'll wipe it off with a *makeup wipe* before applying the actual lip product. This combo works great with lip glosses too. If I do a gradient lip look, I'll lightly dab some Dior Lip Maximizer in the center to create a natural, glossy pout.

When applied during dry periods, it doesn't spread evenly on the inner parts of the lips!! And when worn alone and left as is, my lips tend to get a bit dry in the winter.

The balmy texture felt so nice and soft. The color was also quite unique yet versatile, making it an easy-to-pull-off shade of grapefruit pink. The saturation wasn't overly high, so it works well as a base lip color or as a pop of color. No matter what lip product I applied on top, there was no pilling or flaking.

They all say it's grapefruit coral, but to me it's just a vibrant pink.

The grapefruit is uncertain, but it seems a bit more lively and vibrant than the Siseo.
It's perfect as a spring-warm daily item, and can be used without burden even up to the summer mute.
The adhesion and color development are as expected. Not too much, not too little, just faithfully fulfilling its function. The color development is great, the adhesion is great!

It looks great when used together with Escándalo as well!

The dryness and flakiness typical of MAC products? Having to constantly reapply lip balm?

I purchased this product based on the recommendation I received at the MAC store while wandering around as a makeup novice. I was told that using this product together with the Escándalo would look lovely, so I bought them both. The color is beautiful and reminds me of spring, so I haven't started using it yet, but I plan to wear it once spring arrives!!

If you tap it on and blend it in, especially on the inner part of the lips, you can get a look like you're not wearing anything but your lips look so pretty!

I heard that the Sheer Outtrèllis is MAC's Lipstick line in the Powder Kiss formula..?
Compared to the Sheer, the color payoff is a bit brighter and you can feel more of a whitening effect when applied on the lips.

If you apply it forcefully, the lip skin itself can get pushed around.ㅋㅋㅋ

Color:
The color seems to come up brighter than when I look at it directly.
It gives a natural-looking change to my lip color..!
The photos also came out a bit dark.
It went on quite naturally on my lips.
I think it would work well as a base lip color too.

Stay:
I felt the staying power was quite good.
My lips are dry, so that may have been a factor, but it really clung on.😚

Application:
Since my lip condition is not great and I have a lot of wrinkles, most matte lipsticks don't apply well and feel uncomfortable. But the Powder Kiss line applies with little taps and blends nicely. It didn't feel overly drying after application either, just a nice, soft feeling.

On warm-toned lips, the pinkish tone comes out stronger than expected :)
The orange is barely noticeable.

The Sheer Out Tray comes in a quite prominent grapefruit pink coral color! I think it would be best for those who span the spring-summer spectrum (it's not a muted color).
Despite being a matte, it's really lightweight and has a smooth application.
It has a fluffy finish, not dry and doesn't emphasize flakiness much.
Among the matte lipsticks I've tried, this one is the most comfortable to use!
