The color is absolutely stunning! I wish all eyeliners came in this shade - it's truly captivating. It's not too intense, yet still noticeable, with no reddish undertones. It's just perfect! When I first received it, the tip of the pen was hardened, so no color came out when I tried to use the front part. I had to cut off the front section to make it usable. It comes off more easily than expected. It tends to clump a bit when removing. The eyeliner's color is a standout feature, striking a balance between subtlety and visibility. However, there seem to be some quality control issues, as evidenced by the hardened tip. The ease of removal could be seen as a pro or con, depending on personal preference. The clumping during removal might indicate a need for a gentler makeup remover or a different removal technique. - ch*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 3, 2025
Despite some not-so-great reviews, I'm completely satisfied! Why? Because it's truly a shadow color that enhances all the lines on your face. You can use it on eyebrow hairs, beauty marks, as an eyeliner guide, to extend your double eyelids, and even for aegyo sal shading. For my complexion (shade 17), the aegyo sal shading was a bit dark. This versatile product works hard to define and enhance various facial features. It's great for creating that coveted Inner Glow look by accentuating natural contours. Just be mindful of your skin tone when applying, as the intensity may vary depending on your complexion. - al*********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDead Skin CellsApr 20, 2025
Shipping: I ordered on April 2nd at 10 AM, and it was delivered by the afternoon of April 3rd. The dispatch was quick, and the delivery was super fast - almost as fast as Coupang! Seriously lightning-fast! I first bought this in early 2024 and used it well until early 2025 when I lost it. I was on the fence about repurchasing, but I'm so glad I did. It's 100% worth repurchasing, that's how good it is. The 'Mauve Opening' shade is reddish, which can make your makeup look too intense if used for the inner corner. I found using 'Earl Grey' for the inner corner works best. While it might seem a bit pricey, considering the quality, it's not bad at all. When you first apply it, there's a bit of spreading, but if you open your eyes wide and let it dry immediately after application, it sets well. However, if you try to do the other eye right away, it can spread. So I gently wipe off any excess. Despite this, I still love it. If I lose it again, I'll definitely repurchase. The brush never bends out of shape. Once, there was a single bristle sticking out, but I just trimmed it with scissors. It was literally just one bristle, and it never happened again. The staying power is impressive - it lasts 7-8 hours even when I'm out and about. There's a tiny bit of smudging, so I carry it with me for touch-ups. It doesn't come off easily without water, which is great. When you do remove it, it comes off cleanly. The slight spreading is a bit disappointing. You really need to dry it quickly. It doesn't apply smoothly and some round bits come out... I guess it's because I have hooded eyelids It doesn't draw well and these little round things keep coming out No - h3*****Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 12, 2025
I have a light undertone with a slight yellow tinge! My face tends to get oily, causing makeup to wear off quickly. I've always used darker products for my aegyo-sal, but I decided to try Merrimonde's. The staying power is truly impressive... I wore it all day, and it only slightly smudged - it's fantastic! I've almost used up one and just bought another. It solidifies frequently? It seems to dry out often... You need to warm it up with your hands before applying. - yu***********Dry SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 20, 2025
Wow, you can use this for lashes, double eyelid lines, and filling in eyebrows! It's great for aegyo-sal and nose contours too. Just blend it gently for a natural look. It seriously doesn't budge - the staying power is incredible! It's incredibly hard to remove. Even with cleansing, it's stubborn. You need to do a double cleanse multiple times to get it off. Also, you have to blend it immediately for it to work properly. Fill in your lashes, double eyelid lines, and sparse eyebrow areas, then blend naturally with your fingers or a cotton swab. Let it dry, and voila - you've got long-lasting makeup that won't budge! - ye*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsJan 3, 2025
Nothing good. It's expensive and I absolutely don't trust Instagram ads. So infuriating! This isn't even a 'cosmetic'... A marker pen would be more useful than this. See that in the photo? That's like poop. No matter what you do, when you try to draw a line, it keeps leaving blobs. It's not just an eyeliner, it's a whole new paradigm of frustration. You'd think as long as the color comes out well it'd be fine, but no - there are always ink blobs. And what's really annoying is that it dries up instantly. If you try to reapply, the eyeliner starts layering like a rainbow. You know how watercolor paint spreads differently when there's more water? It's exactly like that. Forget about being buildable or whatever, they should focus on making it actually usable first. It's so incredibly frustrating! Avoid Merrimonde. I don't know why, but it seems they're just running Instagram viral campaigns. Suddenly even the Hwahae reviews have gotten better. It's so infuriating, really! - w7********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRednessRecommendedOct 8, 2024
Not suitable for those who prefer intense eyeliners, but perfect as a regular eyeliner. While it might be too dark for aegyo-sal (under-eye shading), it could work for that purpose if applied lightly. The quantity is a bit disappointing. The color payoff isn't consistent - it tends to clump at the tip when used heavily. Highly recommended as an eyeliner for those who don't suit intense eye makeup. - le********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 11, 2024
The color isn't too intense, making it perfect for creating aegyo-sal (under-eye puff) or drawing a subtle eyeliner. Even at a water park, it didn't smudge unless I rubbed my eyes. While it may not be completely waterproof, it's certainly water-resistant enough for most situations. I'm not sure if it's due to improper storage on my part or if it's just the nature of the product, but the tip often gets clumped, making it difficult to dispense the liquid at times. It's great for creating aegyo-sal - just apply a little under the eyes and gently blend with a cotton swab or your fingertip. - el********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 9, 2024
Even students find it easy to apply naturally due to its light color It tends to come off easily, so it's not suitable for use during exercise
