It seems to help with deep dryness too.
ConsSo far, I haven't noticed any drawbacks. I'll need to keep using it to form a complete opinion.

So, I decided to try this product instead. I've been using UIIK's Cream Mist, which works wonders for me, so I trusted this product too. And sure enough, UIIK products seem to suit me well. I've been struggling with deep dryness and overall dehydration, and I'm thrilled to have found a product that addresses these concerns perfectly. +++ Update after extended use below. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me in the end +++ Positives: 1. Lightweight texture It has a milky, runny consistency that spreads easily and feels very light on the skin. 2. Hydration You can feel the hydration immediately upon application, and it's not the type that evaporates quickly, leaving your skin incredibly moisturized. 3. Finish I usually avoid milky, lightweight products as they tend to feel sticky or leave a film, but this one absorbs well into the skin, leaving it plump and hydrated. My skin feels comfortable after application. 4. Longevity Both the hydration and moisturizing effects last long, maintaining that light yet plump and hydrated skin feel. There's no tightness, and it truly feels like my skin has been deeply hydrated and moisturized. 5. Oil and moisture balance This product excels in balancing oil and moisture. It provides ample hydration to combat deep dryness, and has just the right amount of emollience to lock it in without feeling greasy or too light. 6. Skin irritation/blemishes My skin is super sensitive, and I usually react quickly to incompatible products. However, I experienced no negative reactions with this one. No stinging, redness, or itchy bumps, which was a relief. So far, there's been no irritation or blemishes, which I'm really happy about. Personally, I've been searching for a product like this, and I'm amazed to find one with such great ingredients and a perfect formulation. You know how they say flexible skin is healthy skin? I feel like this product is giving me that flexible skin I've been aiming for. While I haven't been using it for too long and will need to observe further, I'm extremely satisfied so far. If you don't have any incompatible ingredients, I highly recommend this for those with combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes like mine. +++ Final update +++ After using it for a few more days, I've realized it might be a bit too rich for my skin. It seems that high concentrations of ingredients like squalane or panthenol can be somewhat irritating to my skin. It's not like it's breaking down my skin barrier, but rather it feels like there's an excess of nourishment that my skin is trying to push out, and this buildup leads to irritation. It's a bit hard to explain, but I've noticed some redness, small bumps, and my skin feels a bit oily, even leading to a few larger, inflamed blemishes. I had a similar experience with another product high in panthenol. I feel like if I could perfectly adjust the frequency and amount of use, it could be incredibly effective. However, I'm not confident in my ability to fine-tune it that precisely, so I've stopped using it for now. I want to emphasize that this isn't a bad product at all. Unless you have extremely sensitive skin like mine, it's truly an excellent product. Honestly, after the first day of use, I was amazed at how quickly it strengthened my skin barrier. So even though it didn't work for me, I still want to recommend it to many people.
ConsThe downsides are summarized above, but if I had to pick another, it would be the price. However, given how excellent the product is, it's worth it.
TipAfter cleansing, I lightly spritz on UIIK's Cream Mist, then apply a generous amount of the serum. This seems to address my deep dryness, boost hydration, and balance my skin's oil and moisture levels.
