I tried the sample and found the serum to be just slightly less fluid, but it seems suitable for anyone to use. Before bed, I applied the Hwahae Remedy Pore Reset pdrn serum + Biome Intensive Cream, and when I woke up in the morning, I felt like the supple sensation remained. It also absorbs quite quickly. If I get the chance, I think I'll purchase the full-size product. There was nothing in particular. It's a sample, but I feel the quantity is a bit lacking. - lo****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 27, 2024
It absorbs well and you can feel the nourishment and hydration on your skin The price is quite high, making it difficult to use frequently. I tend to purchase it when it's on sale - qk***********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedDec 15, 2023
It absorbs smoothly and feels great on the skin. It seems to help with deep dryness too. So far, I haven't noticed any drawbacks. I'll need to keep using it to form a complete opinion. - ma*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 20, 2023
It's wonderfully moisturizing and feels great on the skin. It's not sticky at all and absorbs well into the skin in no time. I'm a bit skeptical about how efficiently I'll be able to use up the product to the last drop, given its dropper-type packaging. - je*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 12, 2023
As someone with combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes, I was hesitant about using the Revive Serum due to its sodium hyaluronate content. So, I decided to try this product instead. I've been using UIIK's Cream Mist, which works wonders for me, so I trusted this product too. And sure enough, UIIK products seem to suit me well. I've been struggling with deep dryness and overall dehydration, and I'm thrilled to have found a product that addresses these concerns perfectly. +++ Update after extended use below. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me in the end +++ Positives: 1. Lightweight texture It has a milky, runny consistency that spreads easily and feels very light on the skin. 2. Hydration You can feel the hydration immediately upon application, and it's not the type that evaporates quickly, leaving your skin incredibly moisturized. 3. Finish I usually avoid milky, lightweight products as they tend to feel sticky or leave a film, but this one absorbs well into the skin, leaving it plump and hydrated. My skin feels comfortable after application. 4. Longevity Both the hydration and moisturizing effects last long, maintaining that light yet plump and hydrated skin feel. There's no tightness, and it truly feels like my skin has been deeply hydrated and moisturized. 5. Oil and moisture balance This product excels in balancing oil and moisture. It provides ample hydration to combat deep dryness, and has just the right amount of emollience to lock it in without feeling greasy or too light. 6. Skin irritation/blemishes My skin is super sensitive, and I usually react quickly to incompatible products. However, I experienced no negative reactions with this one. No stinging, redness, or itchy bumps, which was a relief. So far, there's been no irritation or blemishes, which I'm really happy about. Personally, I've been searching for a product like this, and I'm amazed to find one with such great ingredients and a perfect formulation. You know how they say flexible skin is healthy skin? I feel like this product is giving me that flexible skin I've been aiming for. While I haven't been using it for too long and will need to observe further, I'm extremely satisfied so far. If you don't have any incompatible ingredients, I highly recommend this for those with combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes like mine. +++ Final update +++ After using it for a few more days, I've realized it might be a bit too rich for my skin. It seems that high concentrations of ingredients like squalane or panthenol can be somewhat irritating to my skin. It's not like it's breaking down my skin barrier, but rather it feels like there's an excess of nourishment that my skin is trying to push out, and this buildup leads to irritation. It's a bit hard to explain, but I've noticed some redness, small bumps, and my skin feels a bit oily, even leading to a few larger, inflamed blemishes. I had a similar experience with another product high in panthenol. I feel like if I could perfectly adjust the frequency and amount of use, it could be incredibly effective. However, I'm not confident in my ability to fine-tune it that precisely, so I've stopped using it for now. I want to emphasize that this isn't a bad product at all. Unless you have extremely sensitive skin like mine, it's truly an excellent product. Honestly, after the first day of use, I was amazed at how quickly it strengthened my skin barrier. So even though it didn't work for me, I still want to recommend it to many people. The downsides are summarized above, but if I had to pick another, it would be the price. However, given how excellent the product is, it's worth it. After cleansing, I lightly spritz on UIIK's Cream Mist, then apply a generous amount of the serum. This seems to address my deep dryness, boost hydration, and balance my skin's oil and moisture levels. - wh******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 23, 2022
This serum seems well-suited for those with dry skin. For combination dehydrated skin, I'd recommend the Revive Biome more. The Dewy Biome is quite moisturizing and hydrating. The texture and color are slightly different too! As you can see in the photo, it has a white, slowly-dripping consistency. It works great when applied after the Uique foam cleanser and toner :) Plus, the dropper makes it feel hygienic. I can't really think of any downsides... It used to come in a really small size, but now they've released a larger volume, so that issue's been resolved! - eu*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 5, 2022
I applied a generous amount before bed, and my skin felt deeply hydrated until morning! It quickly absorbs while providing deep moisture, and when sealed with a cream, the hydration lasts even longer. The price might be a bit steep for using it liberally. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedNov 21, 2021
It seems to have struck the perfect balance between oiliness and dryness. It's absolutely fantastic! The only downside is the small quantity. I wish they'd make a larger size! - su**********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 18, 2021
I tried a sample and loved how it felt on my skin. The hydration lasts so long I don't even need to apply additional moisturizer! For some reason, continued use led to blemishes appearing, so I had to stop using it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedApr 8, 2021
It keeps your skin hydrated without losing moisture, maintaining a constant dewy feel. When you open the lid, the dropper contains just the right amount of serum for easy application. The quantity is a bit disappointing considering the price. It would be great if they could increase the volume a bit.
