The powder-like texture was easy to apply without a brush. I could just gently rub it on with the applicator tip, and it blended seamlessly. I bought this based on the color swatch alone, but the pink-beige shade looked a bit off on my warm complexion and made my overall appearance seem very subdued. The formula felt like powder mixed with water, so it didn't adhere well to my skin and transferred easily. True to its name 'Oversmudge', this product has a formula and color perfectly optimized for smudging. 'Whenever' was named by YouTuber Jae-yu, meaning she wants to apply it anytime. Living up to its name, it's a color that's just right for daily wear. As someone with an autumn warm tone, depending on my base makeup, it sometimes gave me a slightly sickly look. However, with multiple layers, I think it could be worn on its own quite nicely.
