For best results, first remove makeup using cleansing water on a cotton pad, then follow up with the cleansing foam as a second step.

There wasn't anything particularly disappointing about this product. If I had to nitpick, the only downside is that its bulky size means I need to decant it into smaller containers for travel.

As someone with dry, redness-prone skin, this cleanser removes makeup well without causing blemishes. While mascara and eyeliner aren't completely removed with the cleansing foam alone, using a cleansing water first followed by the foam seems to have reduced my skin's tendency to break out.
