  Pros

  Absorbs well The absorption is excellent, gliding on smoothly. It felt heavier than the gel I expected, but it spread effortlessly. Absorbs well I was surprised by how quickly it absorbed. It's perfect for applying just one layer before bed in this weather. It's also great for use on the body. Texture It has a medium consistency between rich and light. Not super lightweight, but not heavy either - just right. It truly glides on. Cooling effect There was a cooling effect after application! It creates a skin condition that seems perfect for makeup application. => One layer is enough, recommended for summer

  Cons

  Slightly rich It varied day by day. The first day I felt it after application, but the second day was fine. It was sufficient with just one layer, but I was looking for a moisturizer with no oiliness at all. If it had just a bit less richness while keeping the same texture and form, it would be perfect. Probably fine for all but oily skin types. Residual feeling? When washing my face the next day, there's a slippery feeling like something is left behind! I'm not sure about the feeling on my face, but when I wash, it feels like something remains.

  Pros

  I'm using the ISOI Ampoule + Soothing Relief Gel combo, and even with just a small amount, my skin doesn't feel dry at all! While the ampoule is very hydrating, the Relief Gel is surprisingly rich. Rather than providing an extra boost of hydration, it feels like it's locking in the moisture from the ampoule. Only a small amount is needed, so the product lasts a long time. The tube packaging makes it hygienic and easy to control the amount used until the very end. Instead of being fully absorbed, it feels like it adheres to the skin, giving the impression of sealing in moisture rather than deeply hydrating.

  Cons

  It's not exactly a disappointment, but because of the 'gel' in the name, I expected it to be 100% hydration like a soothing gel. However, it's more of a cream texture with a bit of richness. When I wash my face in the morning, it feels slippery - I'm not sure if that means it's well-moisturized or if there's some residue left. That being said, it doesn't cause my makeup to pill or have poor absorption to the point of leaving a noticeable residue.

  Tip

  I recommend using a toner or ampoule with ample hydration before applying the Soothing Relief Gel!
