While it's true that the ingredients aren't the best and there are quite a few potential allergens, I keep using it consistently because I've seen such great results for foot care. It's small, so it's convenient to carry around. When used frequently on the feet, it really helps remove dead skin cells and noticeably reduces odor, which I love. I keep buying it because of the charitable donations, but Lush's prices are truly wicked... The amount you get is tiny, but the price is painful - cj********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 25, 2023
The fragrance is absolutely divine! As described, there's a hint of ylang-ylang, but it's not overpoweringly exotic. It's a delightfully vanilla-like scent that's sweet and creamy. I was surprised by how intense the aroma is - even more so than many Hwahae Testers' emulsions. The lingering scent seems to last longer than the pansy emulsion. Even though I don't have the keenest sense of smell (I found the supposedly strong 'Dirty' scent quite mild), this fragrance really persists. While it's not expensive, knowing that 100% of the price (excluding tax) goes to charity makes it even more appealing for those interested. If this were from Hwahae Korea, it would likely cost around 8,000 won for this size, so the 3,000 won price tag is refreshingly un-Hwahae-like. I estimate you can use it about 5 times all over your body after showering before the embossed pattern completely disappears. I really can't understand the packaging. It would have been better if they had simply combined the three - Human Rights, Solidarity, Environment - into one container. If they were concerned about the Black Pot size becoming too small, even sets of 3 or 9 would have been fine. As it is, I've had to resort to putting the Human Rights and Environment ones together in a mini ziplock bag for use. It doesn't melt instantly with body heat. Perhaps due to the winter weather, it was harder than I expected. You need to approach it with the mindset of applying a solid body butter that doesn't melt easily. After some vigorous rubbing, you'll find your skin becoming moisturized and oily. - ri****Oily SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 30, 2021
Absorbs well without feeling sticky. The scent has that unique and cozy Lush feel, which is lovely. It's my first time using a solid emulsion, and it's surprisingly innovative - the more you use it, the softer and easier it becomes to apply. Storage isn't particularly convenient - I'll probably need to hunt down a spare tin case lying around at home. The ingredients list isn't very impressive, unfortunately. - sk******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 29, 2021
It has such a cozy scent! And the fact that it contributes to charity makes it a win-win! Personally, I don't have any complaints! I heard Lush even donated to support comfort women survivors... Go Lush! - 2r****Dry SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMay 11, 2021
The scent, texture, and unique body emulsion formula make it fun to use. It gives a stress-relieving feeling! The small size is not overwhelming. The price seems reasonable too. The ingredients are the most disappointing aspect. I can't believe the ingredients are this subpar. It attracts dust. It's unhygienic to sell without a case. They should have at least made a paper case. It's nice to buy one or two on stressful days.
