The scent is incredibly, incredibly, incredibly lovely.. As described in the product details, I could sense the ylang-ylang fragrance to some extent, but it's not an overly exotic scent. It has a very vanilla-like, sweet, and creamy aroma. I was quite surprised that the fragrance is much stronger than many Lush lotions. The lingering scent seems to last longer than the Pansies lotion. Since I have a poor sense of smell, the intense 'dirty' note that I usually detect was relatively weak, but the fragrance really does linger. And although it's not an inexpensive price, with 100% of the proceeds going to charity, it seems like a good option for those interested. If this were a Lush Korea product, it would likely cost around 8,000 won for this size, but the 3,000 won price tag is very un-Lush-like and great. When applying it all over my body after showering, it takes about 5 applications to completely fade the imprinted pattern on the surface.
