With shea butter as an ingredient, it reminds me of the Mango Seed Cream from a certain popular beauty shop - it has that same substantial feel. •Application: It applies beautifully. If you layer it thinly multiple times, it absorbs quickly without feeling greasy! •I have rather sensitive skin, so I was worried this might aggravate my blemishes. But surprisingly, it didn't cause any small bumps or inflammatory acne! •My skin has been plagued with inflammatory acne and marks, thanks to wearing masks. After using this for about a week, I noticed the red marks seemed to fade! (The difference in skin tone in the photos is due to lighting)
ConsMy skin type is hard to define - it's not oily (I don't have much excess sebum), nor is it extremely dry. Without a solid skincare routine, I experience deep dryness and itching. Unfortunately, with just one application, I could still feel that inner dryness. That's my main disappointment.
TipAs mentioned earlier, since the texture is quite rich, I recommend applying it in thin layers multiple times rather than slathering on a thick layer at once, which might feel too heavy. If you have a similar skin type to mine, you might find it feels dry after just one application. When I apply it in thin layers before bed, I wake up to find my skin isn't greasy, and the red marks appear slightly faded!

Ingredients When I was younger, I focused so much on makeup that I neglected my skincare routine. But as they say, you can't fool Father Time! Now, if I don't use proper skincare products, my face gets dry and breaks out terribly. I've always had combination, acne-prone, sensitive skin, and I regret not paying attention to product ingredients when I was younger. However, now that I'm more conscious about skincare, I'm very particular about the ingredients I use! The Cica Cream has great ingredients, so I feel comfortable using it. 2. Fragrance One of the best things about the Cica Cream is its nearly fragrance-free formula! I'm sensitive to scents, and strong fragrances in cosmetics often give me headaches. The Cica Cream is almost unscented, so it's suitable for those who are sensitive to fragrances! 3. No Eye Irritation Have you ever used sunscreen or other products with harsh ingredients that make your eyes sting and tear up? It's even worse when wearing contact lenses or when your eyes are already irritated! The Cica Cream doesn't cause any stinging or irritation in the eyes, probably due to its good ingredients, which is a big plus!
Cons1. Packaging The packaging is similar to an ointment tube, which means you have to open the cap, squeeze out the product, and close it again every time you use it. It's a bit inconvenient! I understand they probably designed it to match the product image, but from a consumer perspective, it's slightly bothersome. 2. Personal Experience After applying the Cica Cream, my skin doesn't break out, but I feel a slight itching sensation, and my face seems to get a bit red. I'm not sure if it's just my skin type, but there's a noticeable difference in redness compared to when I use other emulsions. Even though the ingredients are good, I'd recommend that those with very sensitive skin double-check and think carefully before using it! 3. Oiliness While it's not oily immediately after application, the oiliness increases over time. I have combination skin, so I only apply it to dry areas like my cheeks, around my mouth, and chin. However, when I touch my face with the back of my hand after some time, it feels quite oily! I wouldn't recommend this for those with very oily skin. For combination skin types, it's best to use it only on specific areas.
