It never clumps up! Even with multiple layers, it's so hardcore that it doesn't bunch together. The color is perfect for those with bleached hair. It barely shows up at all... Use it over a matte foundation instead. Apply over a matte foundation. Not recommended with oil-based foundations, even with powder. It creates a naturally bright tone even on very dark eyebrows Well, there's nothing particularly bad, but it would be nice if this bright brow color came in more shades. This one is a bit too light for me 
ha*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 25, 2022I've tried many brow products, but Rom&nd's Thin Brow has some major advantages: no matter how much you apply, it doesn't get too dark, the color is soft, it doesn't clump, and it's easy to draw! What's more, it's so thin that it's easy to create precise lines, and it doesn't break easily, so I find myself reaching for it all the time! If you don't apply a base to your eyebrows carefully, you might feel like the product doesn't show up well. Also, make sure to use powder thoroughly to eliminate any oiliness.

Recommended for: - Those who want incredibly natural-looking eyebrows - People who struggle with drawing eyebrows and don't want a product that applies too intensely in one go - Anyone looking for a thin, easy-to-apply eyebrow product While it's certainly natural-looking, the pigmentation isn't very strong, so you need to apply multiple layers for a more noticeable effect. Even though I prefer natural-looking eyebrows, having to reapply so many times is a bit inconvenient.
