It provides a slight brightening effect and absorbs beautifully due to its milky texture! After prolonged use, the text on the case starts to wear off and seems to transfer a bit onto your hands. Since then, I've tried various good products, but recently my go-to sunscreen was discontinued. Plus, I always seemed to get blemishes after applying it. While looking for alternatives, I decided to buy this Missha sunscreen as one of two options I was considering. Just like before, when you shake it, you can hear something rattling inside like little beads! This is an organic hybrid sunscreen/sun essence that's been tested for hydration, soothing effects, dark spot care, and skin irritation. While it has great benefits and functions, it does contain ingredients that those with sensitive, acne-prone, dry, oily skin, or allergies should be cautious about. I tested it on the back of my hand, and wow, it absorbs so well! After it's fully absorbed, there's absolutely no stickiness - it leaves a soft, powdery finish!!! I even tried putting a tissue on top, and it just slid right off without sticking at all. With its subtle brightening effect, this is absolutely perfect for me. There was even a time when I fell asleep without cleansing my face, and not a single blemish or skin issue appeared. I'm completely sold on this sunscreen now! The product is ready to use straight out of the bottle, but it would be even better if there was a protective seal on the opening. I've had to exchange it once due to leakage, and it would help confirm that the product is new and unopened. Since it's not a cream or emulsion, but rather a liquid formula, I apply a small amount and let it absorb, then reapply on areas that need more coverage. No matter how much I apply, it never feels heavy or suffocating. As someone who dislikes stickiness and slipperiness, I was thrilled that this product had neither! It feels wonderfully fresh on the skin. This might not be suitable for those with dry skin. I tend to get dead skin cells on the tip of my nose, so when I use this sunscreen, I apply an additional emulsion.
