Similar to the toner, it has a subtle herbal scent. I really like it! It's not too oily and gives a feeling of a moisturizing protective layer on the skin. The pump-style container that dispenses small amounts is hygienic, which is great. If you have very dry skin, this alone might not be enough hydration! It's wonderfully hydrating when applied in the morning before sunscreen. - Hwahae UserOily SkinMay 31, 2021
Decent. Nothing special. It's on the moisturizing side. Too ordinary. Given the price, the effects are disappointingly average. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 30, 2021
The fragrance is lovely and it absorbs beautifully. It's also great for addressing wrinkles and brightening the skin. If you have oily skin like me, be aware that it might cause breakouts. Just something to keep in mind. - im****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 22, 2020
Husband's skin type: Oily, Sensitive He's using this along with the toner from the same line. After about 50 days of use, his skin has become brighter and the frequent blemishes have significantly reduced. It's free of harmful ingredients and seems to have a higher moisture content (I'd say the hydration to oil ratio is about 7:3). It appears to be great for oily skin types. He says it's excellent because it's not sticky at all. It leaves a fresh, slightly zesty scent. The pump-type packaging makes it convenient to use. He mentions there aren't really any downsides, and he's using it very happily every day. He hopes they'll keep selling it just like this! You can get it at an even better price during Missha's 1+1 promotions or big sale periods! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedAug 13, 2020
Decent hydration Non-irritating scent Reasonably priced Doesn't give a dramatic skin improvement sensation No drastic changes, just feels like basic maintenance - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 24, 2019
Surprisingly more hydrating than expected. However, it leaves the face looking very matte. There's absolutely no oily sheen - nice! When applied with an essence, it should work well until late autumn. The scent is really off-putting... smells like an old man's cologne. They should have made it fragrance-free instead. I wish it had a lighter cream texture rather than an emulsion. A tube packaging would have been better than trying to make it look like a luxury case. Like the essence, it's too heavy to carry when going to the gym. When in a hurry or going to work out, you could probably use this alone as an all-in-one product. It might be slightly insufficient in the dead of winter, so you may need to switch to a richer cream product then. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinApr 8, 2019
The ingredients seem promising. It's clear they're making an effort to create affordable yet effective cosmetics. I have combination skin and I'm slightly sensitive to fragrances. I've been using Missha products for years, but this was my first time trying this particular one. After using it for about 10 days, I had to switch to a different product due to blemishes, dizziness from the scent, and facial flushing. 1. While it was described as having a subtle fragrance, I found it to be stronger and longer-lasting than most perfumes (over 5 hours). It felt like applying diluted perfume to my face. 2. The texture is thick with good absorption. However, this means the scent lingers even after washing. 3. This can trigger reactions in those with fragrance allergies or sensitive respiratory systems. I had hoped for skin improvements, but the overwhelming sensory experience led to a negative cycle, making further use impossible. The essence from this product line seems to be decent.
