It has a refreshing grapefruit scent and a thick yogurt-like texture that doesn't drip. For dry hair, leaving it on for about 10 minutes after application provides a deep conditioning effect. It leaves your hair feeling silky smooth. The grapefruit scent doesn't last very long. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about. - cr******Dry SkinAug 15, 2021
The scent is pleasant while applying, and it gives a cool, refreshing sensation (like menthol). Although it's a treatment, it doesn't seem to soften the hair much. My hair feels a bit tangled as a result. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 23, 2021
Luxurious scent. Cool menthol sensation, though I can't discern much beyond that. It tends to make my hair greasy... Unfortunately, it caused seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp. (The condition improved when I stopped using this and went back to just shampoo.) - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 29, 2021
The ingredients are gentle and kind to hair. It has a nice texture that absorbs well. It's great as a lightweight daily alternative to regular conditioner. My eyes sting right after applying this treatment, even though it doesn't get into them directly. I'm not sure why, since the ingredients seem fine. Could it be the fragrance? The shampoo doesn't cause this issue. I'm also unsure if the treatment is fulfilling its intended purpose. After shampooing, my hair condition doesn't seem significantly different from when I just use shampoo alone. As mentioned in the positives, it's best to think of this as a daily lightweight conditioner.
