There are quite a few disappointments: First, the price. Compared to the quality of the product, the price is too expensive and doesn't seem reasonable. Second, it doesn't seem to have a calming effect, and the toner actually feels like it's drying out my oily skin. Third, it's very slippery and sticky. In other words, the user experience is not great. Fourth, I'm not sure if it's because of this product or just my skin condition, but after using this, my dry skin which used to be moderately oily became an excessively oily, greasy complexion. At the time, I didn't know much about skincare, so I just kept using it, and it ended up causing more breakouts due to the excess oil.

Pros
It was easy to apply and felt refreshing to use, giving me a sense of hydration. When applying by hand, the texture is a bit runny, but it's not as watery as water. After 2-3 layers, my skin feels nicely plumped up and charged.
Cons
Sometimes it can feel a bit slippery when I apply it right after cleansing, and there's a slight sense of it sitting on top when I use toner. The scent is not quite my preference, but other than that, it's good.
Tip
For me, one layer wasn't quite enough, so I recommend applying 2-3 layers and letting it absorb thoroughly before moving on to serum or cream. It's good to pat it in with a cotton pad to absorb it, but I usually just use my hands and apply a generous amount.
