I used this when I was younger and loved how incredibly gentle and soft it was! I highly recommend it for those with sensitive or super sensitive skin. There wasn't really anything disappointing about it... I can't think of any drawbacks.

Unlike harsh alkaline products that can leave your skin feeling tight and squeaky clean, this one doesn't strip away too much moisture. Great value for money too! The large size means it lasts a long time, so it's easy on the wallet. I bought this because I heard low pH products are good for the skin, but as someone with extremely oily skin, it caused blemishes I didn't have before (even on days I didn't wear makeup). It doesn't seem to effectively remove excess oil and impurities. For those with very oily skin like me, a low pH cleanser might not be the best fit. I'd recommend a product with stronger cleansing power for oily skin types. Being a low pH product, its cleansing power is gentle, making it ideal for morning cleansing or as a second cleanse. Due to its mild cleansing action, I massage it into my face for about a minute before rinsing. This method helps remove impurities effectively while leaving the skin feeling hydrated.
