I used this when I was younger and loved how incredibly gentle and soft it was! I highly recommend it for those with sensitive or super sensitive skin. There wasn't really anything disappointing about it... I can't think of any drawbacks.

It's so cute and playful for a cleanser! The cherry blossom scent is lovely too. Some might think it's artificial, but I found it mood-boosting every time I washed my face. It's gentle enough for a light cleanse, and the jam-like texture leaves your skin feeling soft. Unlike harsh alkaline products that can leave your skin feeling tight and squeaky clean, this one doesn't strip away too much moisture. Great value for money too! The large size means it lasts a long time, so it's easy on the wallet. I bought this because I heard low pH products are good for the skin, but as someone with extremely oily skin, it caused blemishes I didn't have before (even on days I didn't wear makeup). It doesn't seem to effectively remove excess oil and impurities. For those with very oily skin like me, a low pH cleanser might not be the best fit. I'd recommend a product with stronger cleansing power for oily skin types. Being a low pH product, its cleansing power is gentle, making it ideal for morning cleansing or as a second cleanse. Due to its mild cleansing action, I massage it into my face for about a minute before rinsing. I bought this for my morning cleanse! The scent is just like that plum green tea drink - you know the one? It's identical. It's my favorite drink scent, so I absolutely loved it. There's also a hint of cherry. The fragrance might be polarizing for some. I was worried about using a strong cleanser in the morning as it might irritate my skin, but this product is slightly acidic, so I felt more at ease using it. If just water doesn't cut it and you can't get rid of that oily feeling, I recommend using this cleanser. After cleansing, my skin felt hydrated without any tightness! I'd recommend this for those with dry skin. When I'm not wearing makeup, I use this product at night too. It's a gel-type cleanser, so it has a nice, bouncy texture. When you squeeze it out, it's a pretty transparent pink color... It's the first time I've found a cleanser beautiful! It doesn't lather up extremely well. It's not enough to hinder cleansing, but if you're after a rich, foamy lather, you might want to skip this one. As someone with acne-prone skin, I found this cleanser effective and gentle, which I really appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed that it didn't give me that deep-cleansing sensation of thoroughly clearing out my pores.
