Although it's a water-based formula, when applied to the hair, it initially feels slightly warming and then a refreshing cooling sensation sets in. Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review First of all, the cooling sensation was absolutely wonderful!! I usually don't feel a very refreshing sensation even when using a cooling shampoo, but with this product, the cooling effect came almost instantly? after massaging it and letting it sit for a while.
