  When I first applied it, the absorption was absolutely amazing! It felt like it just sank right into my skin. Initially, it even seemed to calm down those pesky bumps on my nose, you know, like sebaceous filaments? It left my skin feeling soft and smooth all over!

  Cons

  I thought I'd found my holy grail product, but as I continued using it, I started noticing tiny blemishes popping up, so I had to stop. Even when I used just a tiny amount before bed, I'd wake up with my face looking like an oil slick. I think it's because the formula is too rich. I had high hopes since the ingredients are gentle, and I thought it might work well for my super sensitive skin, but I'm so disappointed. Looks like I'm back on the hunt for another gentle product for my finicky skin.

  Tip

  It pairs perfectly with foundation though! I applied just this before my makeup and it didn't cause any pilling. It worked great!

  The ingredients seem to be gentle. I have super sensitive skin, but I didn't experience any allergic reactions or irritation.

  However, even though I have dry skin, when I use products with oil, I tend to get blemishes and texture around my chin and nose. About 6 hours after applying this, I noticed some pimples forming on my chin. If you're someone who doesn't do well with even a little bit of oil, you might want to avoid this. But if that's not an issue for you, it's truly a great product with gentle ingredients!

  Tip

  I'd say it's a hydrating moisturizer with good ingredients and a slight richness! The texture feels a bit heavy, giving it a luxurious feel. I recommend it to everyone except those who break out from oil-based products!

  Before diving into the review, I'd like to mention that this is a Hwahae Testers review. After trying the Mung Bean Balancing Cream, I noticed that even a small amount was enough to banish dryness, probably due to its balanced oil and moisture pH. Personally, my skin tends to feel tight and dry right after using a cleansing foam and patting it dry. However, applying this product immediately after cleansing eliminated that tightness and kept my skin feeling moisturized. When I wanted a hydrated makeup look, I applied this during my skincare routine before makeup, and it resulted in a more dewy finish. I also appreciated that its emulsion-like texture comes in a mini size, making it perfect for touch-ups when my makeup starts to look patchy.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, about three days after I started using it, I began to develop some blemishes. I'm not sure if it's because of my sensitive skin, but it didn't seem to agree with my complexion. When I initially applied too much, it didn't absorb well into my skin. Even after a night, it felt like it was just sitting on the surface. I'd recommend using just the right amount. I also thought that this might make oily skin types look even shinier.

  Tip

  Try squeezing out an amount about the size of a dime onto your palm and rub your hands together! This will distribute the product evenly across your palms, and the warmth generated from rubbing will help it absorb better into your skin.

  Here's my review as part of The Hwahae Testers event: 1. First off, I've always been a fan of B.plane because they market themselves as a clean beauty brand. I regularly use their products and love the brand! Their ingredients are gentle and of high quality. 2. I appreciate their eco-friendly approach - no excessive packaging, they use recycled paper, and paper wrapping instead of bubble wrap. 3. The use of natural mung bean extract is great. It feels light on the skin when first applied, making it perfect for summer use. 4. Personally, I prefer the fragrance-free formula. 5. The tube packaging is more hygienic than jar packaging, which is a plus.

  Cons

  I have severe allergies, so I could only use this for about 3 days instead of the full 2 weeks (I'm allergic to pollen). 1. I was hesitant at first because of the floral ingredients, and sure enough, my face reacted badly. (I had a similar severe reaction to Mi* bee pollen ampoule before.) Those with pollen allergies should think twice before purchasing. That's why my rating is a bit low. 2. The volume seems too small. Other brands offer 90ml or 100ml, but this one is only 50ml. Maybe they'll introduce a larger size if this new product is well-received. 3. As a representative of the pollen-allergic community, I beg you to develop more skincare products without floral ingredients. I would definitely repurchase such products regularly. 4. It might not be sufficient for use during seasonal changes or in winter.

  Tip

  If this cream works for you, I think it would be even better to use it along with B.plane's ampoule!

  This cream seems perfect for combination dehydrated skin! The balance between rich and hydration is just right. When applied, my skin feels comfortable without any greasy sensation, yet it doesn't feel dry either. Usually, creams for oily skin tend to dry out quickly, but this one hits that sweet spot perfectly, which is amazing!

  Cons

  However... ever since I started using this cream, my skin has completely broken out... From small bumps to pustules and even contact dermatitis... I think there must have been an ingredient that didn't agree with me. I had been seeing a dermatologist, so my skin was in great condition, and although I have sensitive skin, I trusted my skin's good state and just applied it... I'm not sure which ingredient it was, but after using it for about a week, I ended up giving it to my mom.
