As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I use products with good staying power in summer, but prefer something more hydrating in other seasons. This foundation is perfectly moisturizing. When I apply it, my skin truly glows... It goes on incredibly thin, and the shade is absolutely beautiful. It's worthy of Armani's famous ivory tone. This is my holy grail foundation! There's nothing I particularly dislike about it! I'm extremely satisfied with this foundation. I believe I purchased it duty-free, so the price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend getting it duty-free. If I had to mention one minor drawback, it's that being a hydrating foundation, there might be a slight risk of darkening? I have combination dehydrated skin and I use this foundation in winter, autumn, and spring, but not in midsummer. For my base, I use Etude's Glow On, then apply the foundation with a brush, and finish by smoothing out the brush strokes with a puff. It's like a finely milled foundation. It seems to work well at removing dead skin cells, but you need to use it carefully. I have combination dehydrated skin with redness and super sensitive skin. I'm particularly vulnerable to oils, heavy oil textures, strong vitamins, and alcohol ingredients. My biggest concern is my pores. My skin tends to have allergic reactions to sunscreens, so I'm looking for a non-allergenic one. When applying this product, it goes on incredibly smoothly and softly - it's truly amazing. It doesn't feel thick at all. And for me, this shade suits me better than the 1.5 shade. It would be nice if there was a 1.8 shade, haha. Also, when it breaks down, it does so in an unappealing way. It kind of clumps up with my sebum, if that makes sense? The color is incomparably beautiful compared to other foundations! It's definitely number one in terms of color - the coral hue looks so luxurious! The application is really great too, even beginners can easily apply it. This foundation makes your skin look truly beautiful and high-end. I didn't mind the coverage since it's not a concern for me, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for high coverage. I experienced some darkening unfortunately. It applies thinly and smoothly, creating an overall sleek finish with that signature Armani luxurious feel. Despite its pink tone, it looks natural, which is a big plus. When applied thinly, your natural skin tone starts to show through after a while. While this is expected, applying it thickly for better coverage can make your skin look heavy. The natural-looking pink tone is both an advantage and a disadvantage. I find myself reaching more often for products that instantly brighten the complexion. Using the spatula and puff, I was able to use even the sample size for a sufficient period of time. When applied, it gives a truly radiant glow that makes your skin look amazing. The thin and natural application also plays a big role. I usually use base shade 21, and the color was just right for me. It has a slight pink tint, which worked well for cool-toned makeup looks. The formula is quite fluid, making it an excellent moisturizing foundation. As it applies thinly and naturally, the coverage isn't very high. I spent ages deliberating over which shade to buy before purchasing. I thought about getting shade 1, but heard it was too light. Shade 1.5 was said to have a yellowish tint, and while 1.75 was described as a beautiful ivory, I worried it might be too dark. After constantly comparing videos, I finally found a shade that matches my complexion! The product has a thin consistency and applies with a dewy finish, so a flat brush works best. Applying with a spatula and patting with a puff resulted in too thin a layer with poor coverage... a brush seems ideal! After applying this, spraying a fixer, and only wearing a mask on public transport, my makeup still had a glow without separating even 12 hours later! While a solid skincare routine probably helped, I'm really pleased with this product. If I had to pick something, it would be the price! It's quite expensive! I absolutely love it! It applies so thinly and makes my complexion look gorgeous. It's top-notch! The coverage isn't very strong, but I still adore it so much!
