It's completely moisturizing!! I've tried several ampoules, but this one seems to be the best as it's not slippery and feels fresh/moisturizing. After applying the basic toner, layering this ampoule about two times, and then using a refreshing lotion, it really helps balance the moisture level. It's amazing! When I looked at the product appearance and description, I thought it would be white, but it is a colorless, transparent serum.
