It's mild and less irritating.
ConsAfter using the shampoo, my hair feels a bit stiff, and I didn't really feel like the treatment was moisturizing. The treatment has a rather unpleasant smell. It has a slight hint of sour vinegar. As expected, you need to be careful not to get it on your back when applying.

ConsFirst off, it's fragrance-free, but the treatment's effects seem minimal. Even after use, my hair still feels stiff.

There's absolutely no irritation. The cleansing effectiveness is quite impressive.
ConsIt makes my skin feel a bit tight. While this might be unavoidable due to the high-quality ingredients, I didn't find it entirely gentle on my skin.

I love the cool, refreshing scent of tea tree. I'm not sure about the actual tea tree content, but the invigorating feel is fantastic. Hydration: I have that super-sleek, straight hair that older folks call 'cold hair'. It's so fine that you can see a halo effect when light hits my crown, but because my hair is thin and naturally light brown, the damaged ends are really noticeable. While it doesn't make my hair silky smooth like some intensive conditioners for damaged hair, it definitely provides noticeable hydration. I'm satisfied with this level of moisture, probably because my hair tends to be on the oilier side. No greasiness: Since I have an oily scalp but damaged ends, it's crucial that products don't make my hair greasy. My current shampoo isn't specifically for oily hair, so if this treatment felt too rich, it would've been a deal-breaker. Luckily, it's perfect for me right now - somewhere between formulations for oily and normal hair types.
ConsPump issues: The pump requires more effort than expected. It's not the smoothest dispensing experience, which is inconvenient for those with long hair who need multiple pumps. It feels a bit stiff, and you need to apply some force when pressing. Not ideal for very damaged hair: Those with dry or severely damaged hair might find the effects a bit lacking.
TipLike with other products, leaving it on for a while enhances its effects on hair texture. With this product, I noticed a significant difference in hydration when I let it sit. I apply it to my ends first, wait a bit, then work it towards my scalp before rinsing. Perfect results!

I like that the ingredients are decent. It has a refreshing scent from tea tree leaf and menthol, but I'm pleased that the fragrance doesn't linger much after rinsing.
ConsAlthough it's a scalp treatment, I can't use it on my scalp because I always get itching and blemishes when products contain aromatic oils. It doesn't make my hair as soft as the treatment I used before. The hair feels a bit stiff.
