There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. It's gentle, making it a safe and easy-to-use option. While it's great that you can use it on the scalp, I initially experienced some blemishes. I'm using the treatment and shampoo set, and it's definitely better than Nad. It's mild and less irritating. After using the shampoo, my hair feels a bit stiff, and I didn't really feel like the treatment was moisturizing. The treatment has a rather unpleasant smell. It has a slight hint of sour vinegar. As expected, you need to be careful not to get it on your back when applying.
