  1. If you're looking for a brightening moisturizer with a subtle pink hue for that 'tone-up' effect, this isn't a bad choice. 2. It doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy and finishes with a slightly velvety, matte texture.

  Cons

  It's challenging to remove completely during cleansing. Oddly enough, it can be slightly wiped off with your hands, but it's difficult to clear out what's stuck in your pores. As time passes, your skin starts to feel increasingly dry.

  Tip

  I applied Vaseline around my eyes before using this product.

  I really enjoyed the powdery feel of this mineral sunscreen. It does leave a slight white cast, which actually brightens up my face a bit. To be honest, I was looking for a sunscreen to use comfortably at home without irritation, so I didn't mind the white cast. As I have oily skin, I find greasy sunscreens uncomfortable, so I was searching for one with a more matte finish. This one met my expectations - it's not very oily and has that nice powdery texture I was after.

  There's quite a noticeable white cast, which can look patchy if not applied carefully. Also, the white residue tends to settle into pores, giving a somewhat uneven appearance. Though that might be due to my larger pores.

  Pros

  I have combination skin that tends to be dry in winter. This product has a slight white cast, which is great for evening out my skin tone. It's perfect for summer, but I find it too drying for winter, so I only use it during the warmer months. You do need to have a decent skincare routine in place before using this.

  Cons

  The application can be a bit thick, and if you don't manage your pores and sebum well, it can make your skin look bumpy. The area around the nose especially can get messy, so you always need to prep your skin thoroughly before applying.

  Tip

  I recommend using an oil to remove whiteheads and such, then establish a solid skincare routine before applying this product!

  For a mineral sunscreen, it had great absorption. At first, it goes on a bit like kabuki makeup, but over time it blends beautifully with your skin tone.

  Cons

  However, after using this, I got a sudden outbreak of tiny blemishes. I'm so disappointed. I was really looking forward to trying this product and had high hopes. Some ingredient must have really clogged my pores. I don't think I can use it again. I guess I'll just have to use what's left on my neck.
