I loved how it felt silky smooth when applied and didn't leave any sticky residue. As someone with atopic dermatitis, I noticed this product in particular caused severe itching on my hands, almost as if I was having an allergic reaction. - ov*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 13, 2022
My mom's hands always get chapped in winter, so she keeps hand creams stashed everywhere. After trying various options, this one's been the most satisfying. It's not sticky, but it's deeply moisturizing and doesn't evaporate quickly! We keep one in the car and another on the table by the front door for easy access. I bought it at Olive Young and was intrigued by this unfamiliar brand. Reading the product description, I discovered it's made in Israel! Perhaps that's why it has a unique scent I've never encountered in Korean cosmetics. Even though I'm not super sensitive to fragrances, I immediately noticed this was different. To describe it as best I can, it smells like white flowers. In my opinion, it's not a polarizing scent - it doesn't overwhelm your nose. However, it's not a subtle fragrance, so those with sensitivities might want to sample it at Olive Young first. I couldn't find any downsides to this hand cream! My mom loved it so much that I looked for a body wash from the same brand, but couldn't find one. I'm hoping they'll release a body wash soon! I highly recommend this to those who prioritize hydration first and fragrance second when choosing a hand cream! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 10, 2021
The nourishing properties of the Israeli Dead Sea mud are impressive - just a small amount makes your hands instantly smoother and leaves them feeling moisturized for longer. This could be perfect for those like me with dry, chapped hands. While I didn't experience any blemishes, the high number of potentially irritating ingredients means those with super sensitive skin might react. The scent is quite strong. Also, people with oily skin might find the rich texture a bit heavy. Apply a small amount to the back of your hands and massage it in - it feels like you're giving yourself a mud mask treatment! - le*****Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedNov 1, 2021
I bought this hand cream without much expectation when it was on sale, but it's turned out to be one of the top 3 hand creams I've ever used! I really prioritize hydration, and this one delivers! When you first apply it, it feels like little capsules bursting, and you might think it's going to be greasy. But it absorbs so well, leaving your skin feeling wonderfully moisturized. I absolutely love it! The scent might be a hit or miss for some people. It has a bit of a Middle Eastern vibe... There's a strong Dead Sea smell, but it's not overpowering or bothersome. As someone who works on the computer a lot, I don't like products that leave a greasy residue. This one is just perfect for me! - es*******Dry SkinRecommendedMay 30, 2021
I bought the Ahava Soothing Hand Cream. There were two types available at Olive Young. I chose it for its pleasant scent and smooth texture, but the hydration is great too. I've been using it frequently during winter and even repurchased! It's made in Israel, so I wonder if it's really made with Dead Sea salt, haha! I had no complaints before checking the ingredients, but I was surprised. It says 'skin friendly, allergy tested' on the container, but what does that mean exactly? It's the softest hand cream for winter! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 20, 2021
The fragrance is lovely! It absorbs quickly without any stickiness, leaving my hands feeling soft in no time. I was shocked by the number of cautionary ingredients. It seems that not all vegan products are made with only beneficial ingredients.
