  ❄ Even though it's called an oil water cleansing, it's not overly oily at all and has a very watery texture. It seems suitable for dry skin as well. ❄ At first, I thought it was a cleansing oil and applied it concentrated on my nose to remove blackheads, and it worked well.   I initially thought that since it contains oil, there would still be an oily feeling even after washing, but that was not the case!
