Fresh and clean - Personally, I found the user experience a bit disappointing compared to the cleansing oil or cleansing milk I used to rely on, but there is one standout feature - being able to wipe off sunscreen right after a sweaty workout. This is truly convenient!
Cons- Given the emphasis on deep cleansing with the oil layer and heavy makeup, I'm not sure if the cleansing power is significantly better than other cleansers I've tried. Waterproof mascara didn't come off, and even light makeup had to be scrubbed off more than twice to feel completely removed. There's a lingering sense of residue compared to when I used cleansing oil, and sure enough, a few small bumps popped up the next day... - The water itself isn't irritating, but the lightweight formula feels a bit fleeting as you rub it in with cotton, and the repeated scrubbing can be quite abrasive.

First, as a dry-oily skin type, I was worried that using water would make my skin feel tight, and using oil or cream would later cause excess oil production, but I was selected for this Hwahae Trial Reviewer program and got to try this product for the first time. Haha 😚 I thought it was just a cleansing water, so I was worried it might feel tight, but since it also has oil components, I was surprised - there was no tightness at all! Haha I think this is perfect for dry-oily skin types like me! It should also work well for normal to oily or dry skin types. Secondly, the dispenser is not a pump, nor is it a pour-out type - it has a small hole that allows for excellent amount control. If it were a pump, the product might spurt out unpredictably, and if it were a wide-mouthed bottle, it would be hard to control the amount and I'd end up using too much too quickly. But this product doesn't have those issues - you can just gently squeeze it out, like drinking from an O2 beverage bottle. There's no waste, and it's easy to keep it clean. Personally, I really liked this product, and considering the great value, I'll probably repurchase it once I finish this bottle.
ConsMy only personal, honest disappointment is that since I have a lot of blackheads, I usually use a pore-focused cleansing oil, and this product wasn't as effective at melting away blackheads as the oil I had been using. Also, even after cleansing, I could see a tiny bit of the waterproof eyeliner I had on still coming off a little. Other than that, I had no other issues!
TipTo thoroughly remove eye makeup, you should gently wipe around and inside the eyelids with a cotton swab while cleansing. If that's too much trouble, you can use a deep cleansing foam that can remove makeup as well, which will help clean away any remaining makeup residue after cleansing.

I've changed my skincare products, and if they don't suit me, my previously yellow face immediately flushes red, with a burning sensation and itchiness. A few days later, after the heat subsides, I end up with an explosion of closed comedones and pimples - an extremely sensitive skin. - My T-zone is an oil slick, while my U-zone is dry and tight, making it a combination skin. - I always have whiteheads. ▷ Ingredients & Irritation There are some irritating ingredients, but I didn't experience any particular troubles when using it, so I'm satisfied. I'm using it without cotton pads, and there's no irritation. ▷ Usage Experience It's lighter than the cleansing oil I usually use, so it's easier to apply. The fragrance is also mild and unobtrusive. It does sting my eyes a little, but not excessively. There's a residual oily feeling left behind.
ConsCleansing with just the cleansing water leaves a residue, so I have to use a cleansing foam as well (it's a personal preference, but I prefer the squeaky clean feeling after washing). I don't usually wear heavy makeup, so it removed well, and there was no leftover residue when I wiped it off with the third skin toner, but I didn't feel like it had deeply cleansed my pores. It's good for light, easy use.
TipCleansing waters are usually used with cotton pads, but I recently saw a YouTube video on how to use cleansing water without cotton pads. I tried putting it in a foam pumping device and washing my face like a regular water cleanse, and while I'm not sure if it removed everything well, I didn't experience any irritation from the cotton pads. However, the foam doesn't last long and disappears very quickly.
