Pros
The runny texture absorbs quickly, leaving a hydrated feeling. It seems great for soothing irritated, tingling skin. After using a peeling pad which caused slight irritation, applying this provided some relief.
Cons
Unfortunately, that hydrated feeling vanishes all too quickly. I thought my skin felt smooth, but it was just the oiliness. It has absolutely no effect on the deep dryness that it claims to target.

Pros
I liked that it wasn't particularly irritating and had a light, balanced moisture and oil content that wasn't overwhelming.
Cons
The scent was too reminiscent of herbal medicine, which I didn't care for. Also, while using it, I couldn't really tell if this product had any superior qualities compared to less expensive options in the same category.

Pros
This product is a cream skin! It can be used as an exfoliating toner and for patting into the skin. From my perspective, it seems suitable for almost all skin types. The volume is absolutely massive - truly a beast of a bottle! You can gently use it as an exfoliating toner or even as a skin pack. It's non-irritating and hydrating. However, it's not overly rich or sticky. It seems to balance oil and moisture well. In the dry winter months, you can pat it in 2-3 times without additional essence and follow with cream for ample hydration. For reference, I have combination dehydrated skin that tends towards dry in winter.
Cons
There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. It seems like a well-made toner.
Tip
You can use it in multiple ways: soak a cotton pad to wipe as an exfoliating toner, saturate for a skin pack, or pat directly into the skin with your hands. With its large volume, it's versatile for various uses.

Pros
It's moisturizing and surprisingly oil-free without any tightness. I had some blemishes for about three days, but after that... my skin feels refreshingly smooth.
Cons
There's nothing to complain about. The value for money is fantastic with its beast-mode quantity!

Pros
It's moisturizing and clean without any stickiness. I have combination dehydrated skin that feels tight even after applying toner, but with this one, there's no tightness even after a while.

Pros
I got to try this product as part of The Hwahae Testers program. Here's what I loved: 1. The bottle is generously sized. 2. Even though I have dry skin, it didn't feel tight after applying just the toner! It's incredibly hydrating. 3. When used as a skin pack, it really calms my skin down. 4. I have dry skin that's prone to occasional blemishes, but I haven't had a single breakout since using this product! 5. The scent isn't overpowering. I've often gotten headaches from strongly scented skincare products, but the Rhodiola toner has such a subtle, almost fragrance-free aroma that I really appreciate.

Pros
It absorbs so quickly, providing instant hydration! Personally, I found it better to apply with my hands rather than using a cotton pad. When I put some on my hands and spread it along the skin's texture, then pat it in, it felt much more moisturizing. It seemed to improve the absorption of products applied afterwards. There's a slight herbal or lavender scent. The huge volume means you can use it generously without worry. It's great for toner masking too. After that, essences, serums, or moisturizers absorb really well. It's a mild, gentle toner with a reassuringly large quantity that'll last you through the season.
Cons
I honestly couldn't find anything to complain about. I loved the scent, the volume, and the texture - everything was perfect.
Tip
If you have a cream that's a bit too thick and you're hesitant to apply it, mix in some of this toner. It thins out the consistency, making it much easier to spread. I've been mixing it and applying it to my elbows and neck. With such a large quantity, I've been able to indulge in using it liberally.

Pros
It's wonderfully hydrating and the size is generous, which I absolutely love. The moisturizing effect is top-notch - it's simply the best. You could get by with just this toner alone, it's that effective.
Cons
Unfortunately, it feels quite sticky. It doesn't absorb well into cotton pads, and it takes a while to sink into the skin. Such a shame!
Tip
Make sure to apply it in thin layers! I found that applying multiple thin layers works much better.

Pros
Shoonie's skin type: Combination dehydrated, prone to redness, allergic to limonene and linalool! Texture: It feels like a toner mixed with an emulsion! So it's a bit more viscous and slippery than a regular toner. I recommend using it more as a pat-on toner rather than with a cotton pad! Hydration: As you can guess from the texture, it provides quite good hydration. Usually, I layer toner twice (based on Witch Factory Bifida Toner), then apply ampoule and moisturizer. With this toner, two layers felt like I had already applied an ampoule. Moisturizing: Unlike my previous toner, I loved how this one doesn't let the moisture evaporate quickly. The texture is a game-changer! Nourishment: Some might wonder why I'm mentioning nourishment in a toner review, but I'm the type who gets small, painless blemishes if a product is even slightly too nourishing. For me, 1.5 to 2 layers was perfect depending on my skin condition. Any more than that, and I'd break out. It's best to find the right balance for your skin type! Volume: The amount you get is amazing! After two weeks of using it twice a day, morning and night, with two layers each time, I've only used about 1/10 of the bottle! I saw it's 500ml. Highly recommended for those who use a lot of toner!
Cons
The number of layers you can apply seems to vary depending on your skin. If I layered more than twice, I'd get tiny blemishes. Also, when using it as an exfoliating toner, it took too long to soak into the cotton pad, so it's not suitable as an exfoliating toner.
Tip
For those with combination dehydrated skin who dislike applying multiple products, a routine of toner (2 layers) + moisturizer is enough! Those with dry skin might want to add a richer cream. Toner mask: Since it absorbs slowly into cotton pads, use more toner than usual when soaking the pad. The slow absorption also means it doesn't evaporate quickly when used as a mask, so you can leave it on longer! With dewy foundation: Toner (2 layers) + ampoule is sufficient! With matte foundation: Toner (2 layers) + ampoule + moisturizer works well!
