  Pros

  This has been my holy grail product for what feels like a decade. I'm not a fan of heavy skincare, so I love products that are lightweight yet hydrating. This essence is incredibly light but works wonders in eliminating deep dryness. Even my mom, who's quite particular and usually refuses to use products I recommend, has been using this for over five years. That's a testament to how good it is! I highly recommend it. It absorbs well into the skin.

  Cons

  There's nothing I dislike about it. While it would be nice if the price were lower, I understand why it costs what it does given its quality.

  Tip

  I usually apply it twice. For my combination dehydrated skin, I pat it in gently, allowing my skin to absorb it twice. After this, I often find I don't need to apply anything else.

  Skin type: Dry with lack of hydration, slightly oily forehead, dry U-zone, good pores, minor blackheads, occasional small pimples (forehead, between eyebrows, under chin), sensitive atopic skin, and a few freckles. Texture and absorption: The consistency is between a watery toner and a serum, and it absorbs well. Moisturizing effect: It's hydrating, and with continued use, it gives a feeling of smoother skin. Blemishes: None observed.

  The glass container is quite heavy, which is a downside. However, it does give the product a luxurious feel.
