I used to throw away these pads because even though they came with tweezers, there was nowhere to store them, which seemed unhygienic. And I also liked that only one side has an embossed texture, not both sides. The essence had just the right amount of moisture, and since I really enjoy exfoliating, switching to this product gave me a more refreshing and invigorating feeling. I'm not sure yet about the pore-improving effects, but I definitely felt that it helped control oil well!
ConsThe mint scent is a bit strong, so those who dislike mint may find it unpleasant.
TipUse a tool to open the sealed packaging. I tried to tear it open with my nails and ended up losing a nail.

Due to wearing masks, I've been having serious breakouts around the lower part of my nose. The initial positive impression after receiving the product was: 1. Hygienic I thought it might be stiff and difficult to open and close, but it's better than having it fly away. Most importantly, it came packaged meticulously, allowing me to use it hygienically. It even has a pair of tweezers, so I don't have to use my hands. 2. Exfoliating I've been using it daily, and at first, I didn't realize how great it is. It feels so soft and smooth! It removes impurities better than regular cleansing, and while it's a bit stimulating, the discomfort is gradually disappearing, and my skin texture is definitely improving. 3. Cooling sensation I've always struggled with flushed cheeks, especially in summer and winter. But this product's cooling effect is amazing. The strong mint scent initially felt like having a medicated patch on my face, but as I continued using it, the redness subsided, and the cooling sensation remained. I think I'll use this a lot in the summer and will likely repurchase once I run out. 4. Moisturizing I've only been using this product, and while my cheeks felt a bit taut on the first day, the more I use it, the more moisturized and less tight my skin feels. It seems to deeply hydrate my skin. I think I can use this alone in the summer.
ConsThe scent is a sweet, candy-like peppermint aroma, rather than a subtle peppermint fragrance. This strong, sweet note might be a deal-breaker for some people. Personally, I didn't like the overpowering minty scent. I used this product when my skin was already irritated from improperly applying other skincare the previous day, and the exfoliating pad felt quite stimulating. The essence also stung a bit before fully absorbing, to the point where I had to rinse it off. However, once absorbed, it didn't feel irritating anymore. The areas with mask-related breakouts were the most sensitive, but the stinging sensation gradually went away the more I used it. Even though I have sensitive skin, it has been getting better with continued use. But for those with very sensitive skin, I'd recommend patch testing first, as there is some level of irritation, at least initially.
