It has a nice hydrating feel. The texture and application are great. It feels lightweight on my skin, but since I have extremely dry skin, I usually finish with Bepanthen. At first, my skin feels cool, but then it gets a bit itchy. I'll need to use it a few more times to be sure, but I think there might be some ingredients that don't agree with my skin. The hydration is great and it doesn't cause much irritation! The scent is pleasant and it seems perfect for winter use. It's quite rich in oils and I'm not sure if the effects justify the price. I've been receiving fractional laser treatments for acne scars, which has made my skin super sensitive and prone to redness. After laser sessions, I apply a thick layer of this product before bed, and it noticeably reduces the heat in my face and prevents dryness. It seems great for soothing the skin. Despite my tendency to develop blemishes easily, this product doesn't cause any. I think I'll keep purchasing it. The lightweight formula means it gets used up quickly, even when I'm only applying it to my cheeks. I haven't tried using it during the day under makeup, but I find it works well for soothing when applied generously as the final step in my evening skincare routine after cleansing.
