You can see the skin instantly absorbing moisture and fine lines disappearing upon application. For those with extremely dry skin like mine, using an ampoule seems to work better than a serum. As someone with sensitive, extremely dry skin, using this ampoule or serum alone is fine, but applying it with other products causes irritation. This reaction happens not just with this product, but with other ampoules and serums too, so it's not the product's fault but rather my super sensitive skin. For those with sensitive skin prone to redness, I recommend not layering serums and ampoules, but using them individually followed by a moisturizer. - lo*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 24, 2024
This review is based on using the entire bottle as shown in the photo. Ingredients: I was pleased to find that the ingredients are good, allowing me to use it without worry. Scent: There's a faint propolis-like scent. It's not overpowering, so unless you're extremely sensitive, you shouldn't find it off-putting. Texture: It has a slightly thin, lightweight consistency. It flows easily when dropped onto the skin. Though it's not clear in the photo, it has a light brown tint. Application: It applies smoothly and lightly. While it doesn't instantly absorb despite its light texture, it does sink in after spreading and patting it in. After absorption, you can feel a moisturizing effect and a slight firmness that suggests improved skin elasticity. It's not sticky, and while it's not extremely bouncy, it seems to help with skin firmness. After application, as seen in the photo, there's a slight glow and moisturized feeling, which fades after full absorption. It claims whitening and anti-wrinkle benefits. While I'm unsure about the whitening effects, I felt the slight firmness after application might contribute to its anti-wrinkle function. The quantity was disappointing. There was less product compared to other AHC ampoules I have at home. Also, I couldn't personally confirm any visible whitening effects from the ampoule, which was a bit disappointing. - oz*******Dry SkinRecommendedApr 16, 2023
The combination of royal jelly and collagen seems to offer good hydration for the price. It absorbs well into the skin, and when I follow it up with a cream, my skin feels quite nice! While experiences may vary, I wouldn't recommend this for summer use. One downside is the small amount you get for the price. - wi****Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 9, 2022
It's so firm yet applies smoothly, coating your skin like a soft layer. It makes your skin feel stronger and more radiant! The dropper application is super clean for repeated use. It's not completely watery, so you can easily spread it on different parts of your face without it running too quickly. I wish the volume was a bit larger. It would be great if the dropper was bigger too, so we could use more product each time. When you apply this ampoule and follow up with a hydrating cream, you'll achieve that perfect, plump skin with an Inner Glow. - wa********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedNov 7, 2022
The texture is incredibly lightweight, almost like water. However, it absorbs into the skin with a plumping effect, leaving behind a honey-like glow. It even has a cooling effect that reduces facial heat, and emits a pleasant honey fragrance. Personally, I had no aversion to this product's scent. Upon research, I found the ingredients to be good quality. There's only one fragrance component, but far from causing blemishes, this product seems to suit my skin so well that people have been complimenting my bare face, saying my skin looks great. That's a first for me, even my husband noticed! The skin compliments from others have had the 'side effect' of making me go out without makeup more often... (which is actually a good thing, I know). After checking reviews on other sites, I saw numerous positive comments, so I decided to leave my own review as well. Well... it seems like people aren't very familiar with this product. That's unfortunate. It appears to be a marketing issue, which is a shame. - ch********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 19, 2021
I've tried this and it's really amazing. The price seems incredibly affordable too. It's fantastic! I tend to get blemishes occasionally, but after using this, they've completely disappeared and my skin looks even clearer. It leaves my skin smooth and hydrated. I usually only use hydrating products, but I applied this during the dry winter months and my skin feels healthier. There's nothing to complain about. It seems to offer great value for money. I highly recommend it! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 6, 2021
I impulsively bought this during a Lalavla sale, and it's been a perfect match for my extremely dry, flaky skin! I'm really satisfied with how it works. It absorbs deeply with a rich texture, making it ideal for creating a plump, supple base before applying emulsion and cream. Despite having sensitive, blemish-prone skin, I've been using it without any issues so far. Maybe it's because I have super dry skin, but if I don't quickly follow up with an emulsion, my face still feels parched... - yu********Dry SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 16, 2021
As someone with combination dehydrated and super sensitive skin, I was really anxious about trying this because it's so affordable. But wow, it's truly a miracle worker! At first application, it felt quite rich and I worried, 'Am I going to wake up to a breakout tomorrow?' But the next day, my skin texture was incredibly soft, inflamed blemishes had calmed down, and even those tiny bumps had subsided. It's amazing! I've tried everything lately - all the YouTuber recommendations, Olive Young best-sellers - but nothing worked until this ampoule came along. Who knew this would be the answer to my skin woes? How could there be any downsides? It's incredibly affordable and has such great ingredients... Even though I have combination dehydrated skin, I layered this after cleansing, followed by a moisturizer. Despite it being the height of summer, my skin doesn't feel suffocated at all. It's doing an excellent job at keeping my skin hydrated! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 26, 2021
My skin started glowing the day after I applied this. It's not just because of the richness - my face was radiant when I woke up after using it overnight. I layer it in this order: toner, collagen ampler, then cream. My skin has been looking great lately. Whether it's thanks to this product or not, I'm not sure, but those tiny bumps have disappeared and my deep dryness is gone. I don't know if it's just a good match for me or if it works well with my other creams, but as long as I don't get any blemishes, I'll keep using it. There's nothing to complain about. The price is reasonable and I even like the bottle. Usually, I apply toner, collagen ampler, cream, and then a cream mist before makeup. It's amazing - my face gets that glow and makeup goes on beautifully. - hy*******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsApr 23, 2021
1. The ingredients are gentle and skin-friendly. 2. The price is wallet-friendly. 3. The paper case with gold foil is beautiful, and the bottle is equally attractive. 4. It's royally royal~ with royal jelly goodness. The sweet essence of royal jelly is delightful. 1. Due to the extremely mild ingredients, the serum lacks the rich texture typically associated with ampoules. It feels more like a toner than an ampoule. 2. I bought it because of the AHC name, but now I wonder if their other ampoules are similar? Ones with less favorable ingredients might have a richer consistency... In any case, to truly deserve the 'ampoule' label, it needs a more concentrated texture!
