The soothing effect seems to be excellent! And since it's made with Ligularia fischeri from Jirisan, I can use it with confidence!

I used to use the Beauticle Noni Toner + Ampoule, but my eyes were drawn to the Calming Essence. The ingredients were so great - calming ingredients like Houttuynia Cordata, Centella Asiatica, and Madecassoside, which are ingredients I really like and that work well for me. While the moisturizing ingredients may be slightly lacking, the calming effect is so effective that it doesn't feel tight. It contains Panthenol and Hyaluronic Acid, so even without Shea Butter, it doesn't feel tight. With its watery texture, it can also be used as a toner. I'm currently using the Beauticle Noni Toner + Noni Ampoule + Calming Essence + Cream, and in this autumn season, my skin is not dry, tight, or breaking out - it's just perfect.
Cons
The moisturizing level could be improved if more moisturizing ingredients were added, and then it would be perfect.

After using the Bueauticle Houttuynia Cordata Calming Essence for 3 months, The skin around my eyes (the exact area where the mask touches) would sting even when using mild skincare products, so I became a nomadic skincare enthusiast... First of all, it didn't sting, so it passed the first test. And thanks to the Houttuynia Cordata/Centella extracts, it had a pretty soothing effect on my sensitive skin. Nowadays, in this hot summer weather, I use it as a toner, applying it two or three times, and it doesn't feel sticky at all, just nicely moisturized. I'm super satisfied!!!!!!

I was eagerly waiting for this product to go on sale since its release, and I'm so satisfied that I was able to purchase it at the discounted price. ㅋㅋ However, I regret not buying two of them, as the price went back to the original the very next day. Although it's an essence, the texture is similar to a light water toner. It's not completely lightweight, but it seems to provide good soothing and calming effects. It seems to act as a boosting essence, like a soothing pack.

Isn't this so refreshing? I really love it because it's a water-type product. We all know that the houttuynia cordata ingredient is a great one for treating trouble, but I often found that other brands didn't suit me well. However, the Chlorella houttuynia is really gentle. It's not at all irritating. I used to have small bumps come up around my chin area because of the mask, but after using this cotton pad and doing a soothing pack, they disappeared right away! I'm so happy with it!!

This essence was perfect for my sensitive skin, which has become more sensitive due to the recent COVID-19 situation! The Houttuynia cordata essence is an excellent basic skincare product!!! Just like the other reviewer mentioned, it stung a little when I first applied it, but that feeling gradually went away as I continued using it over the next day or two. I actually felt the soothing effects on my skin, so this is a really great essence! I'll definitely buy it again once I finish this bottle :) I'm so glad it was made without animal testing^_^
Cons
The only downside is... well, there's really nothing I'm unhappy with, as it suits my skin so well. It would be great if you could make a travel-sized version as well~ And it would be nice if you could make essence cotton pads too haha!! But that's just my wish...

I really love Beauticlé, but I was hesitant to try this product as it seemed like a toner and was quite expensive. But after using it, I was amazed! It really calms down any skin troubles that come up and leaves my skin so moisturized. I try not to use too much each time, just layering it 2-3 times before bed, but it's truly amazing. I use it as a toner in the morning and also carry it around as a mist. The essence is a bit different, so I first wipe my skin with the toner and then apply the essence. And the actual product is even prettier than I expected!
Cons
There's nothing particularly disappointing, but the Beauticlé Noni Toner comes with cotton pads or a mist bottle, and I wish this product came with something like that too, since it's more expensive than a regular toner.
