I used to use the Clio Sharp So Simple eyeliner and pen liner, but the Tony Mory has a deeper brown color, so I wanted a feel between black and brown, and I like it more. My eye area skin is sensitive and thin, so no matter what liner I use, my skin tends to get pushed, so to speak. That's why it was difficult to draw a thin tail, and while looking for a liquid one, I tried Tony Mory again after a long time and I really like it. As it has been renewed as a vegan product, I hardly felt any eye irritation, and the durability was also quite good.
ConsOf course, if you lack the skill when applying it on the brush, you may end up with excessive application and smudging, or it may clump up like poop, so adjusting the amount on your fingernail or the back of your hand, or the middle cap built into it, is essential. The fact that it hardens is a bit of a flaw, but that's an inevitable downside in terms of the form, so as long as you're careful about that, it's the best for a clean and delicate expression.

I never thought I'd need to change it, as it worked really well for me. But recently, I was surprised to see the ingredients, so I decided to try the reformulated version. The advantage is that it doesn't spread unevenly (although the previous one was also fine in this regard).
ConsThe product dries and clumps up really quickly. It's a bit dull, and while I don't usually have issues with eye makeup products, this one is problematic. I just started using the new one, but it's drying out so fast that there's barely any product left, and it applies unevenly. I completely relate to the reviewer's struggle. Also, it clumps up a lot when I try to apply it over eyeshadow. I've been using makeup for 7 years, and this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. I thought I had found a good product with the reformulation, but it seems the quality is still lacking. This is the limitation of being vegan, I suppose. Please, no more clumping!
TipI'm seriously considering going back to the previous product at this point.
