  Pros

  It provides an instant brightening effect when applied! There seem to be tiny particles that give a whitening effect, but your natural skin tone returns after a while. I'd recommend it for dry skin, and it gives a feeling that your skin is improving.

  Cons

  I used it well at first, but I developed blemishes, possibly due to its rich texture. It seems like it might only be suitable for those with dry skin.

  Pros

  Provides adequate hydration. Has a subtle ointment-like scent. As someone sensitive to fragrances, I prefer products without added perfumes.

  Cons

  Contains small particles. Caution advised for those with claustrophobia. Feels more like an ointment than a cream. Doesn't absorb well initially, leaving an oily film on the skin. It seems to absorb over time but remains slightly sticky. The aluminum case is not recyclable according to the label. Please improve the packaging.

  Tip

  I'm hesitant to apply it on my face, so I use it on my hands. I apply it generously since it's less precious than hand cream.

  Pros

  This cream is perfect for my extremely dry skin! Even in the dry winter months when most creams leave my skin feeling tight by morning, the Zinctenol Balm keeps my skin hydrated throughout the night. The pump dispenser is hygienic, allowing me to use every last drop. It's an excellent product with outstanding hydration power.

  Cons

  The white cast and rich texture make it less suitable for daily use. I'd recommend it more as a night cream.

  I was thrilled to see it contains panthenol, one of my favorite ingredients. It's perfect for applying in this dry weather we've been having lately. Being a night cream, it's ideal to slather on before bedtime.

  In a nutshell, this is the ultimate night skincare product for dry skin types during arid seasons! When your evening skincare routine feels incomplete, or when your skin feels parched no matter what you apply, just slather this on. On lazy nights, you can even get away with using only this Zinc Tenol Balm before bed. It's incredibly soothing too. Once, when a face mask didn't agree with me and my entire face turned red and itchy, I quickly washed it off and applied this balm. The itching stopped, and my skin calmed down in no time... Since then, it's become an absolute must-have in my routine.

  Cons

  Strongly discourage this for oily skin types. It's likely to cause an oil overload, potentially leading to a breakout of blemishes the next day.

  It's a night cream, so some richness is inevitable, right? The soothing effect is great, and when I apply makeup the next day after using this, it seems to adhere better! I always use it as part of my nighttime skincare routine.

  First off, the texture is as thick and firm as you'd expect from a product called a 'balm'. After applying, I could really tell it's packed with zinc oxide - it leaves a white cast similar to sunscreen! While it doesn't provide that instant cooling sensation like some other soothing products, I definitely noticed a significant reduction in redness and irritation on days I used this cream. It even seemed to help calm those pesky breakouts that pop up after eating junk food. If you're after immediate cooling relief, you might find this lacking. I was skeptical at first for the same reason, but after a week of use, I could really feel how well it cared for my irritated skin! Compared to regular creams, it feels less hydrating but richer in oils. I think it would work well for those with dry skin, and for oily skin types, it might be suitable depending on the season. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I find it a bit heavy for all-over use in the upcoming summer, but I'm loving it on my dry cheeks and for pore care after blackhead extraction. (From the packaging to the formula, it really lives up to its 'ointment' name - I find that so cute and charming!)
