I got to use this product after being selected as a Hwahae Tester. My first impression when using it was that it felt light. Many people mistakenly believe that eye creams should be rich and oily for wrinkle improvement, but products that are too oily and heavy can actually cause milia or make wrinkles worse due to their weight. This product, however, is lightweight, moisturizing, and absorbs extremely well. I highly recommend this product for those in their mid-20s who are just starting to use eye creams, rather than for those in their 40s-50s!
ConsIt didn't seem to have much effect on brightening as mentioned in the product description. Though my usage period was short, I didn't notice my dark circles becoming lighter, unfortunately. Also, as is typical with eye creams, there was a tendency for foundation to pill when applied before makeup.
TipIt's best to use it before bed in the evening. Take about half a pea-sized amount, divide it between both sides, and gently pat it in using your ring and pinky fingers to help it absorb. The key is to apply it not just directly under the eyes, but to spread it widely up to the temples!

It applies smoothly and absorbs quickly. ☆Scent If you've used ISOI's Blemish line before, you'll recognize the subtle signature rose scent. It's lovely to apply before bed. ☆Acne True to ISOI's reputation, the gentle ingredients didn't cause any blemishes on my acne-prone skin. For those struggling with acne who think functional skincare is a luxury, I highly recommend trying this product. ☆Eye Irritation Despite being an eye area product that could potentially get into your eyes, I didn't experience any stinging when a small amount accidentally got in mine. ☆Most Importantly, Wrinkle Improvement It's hard to see dramatic changes after just two weeks of use. However, I did notice my thin under-eye area felt firmer the morning after application. Visually, I didn't see significant differences within two weeks, partly because I didn't have many wrinkles to begin with. I'll continue using this product and update if I notice any changes later.
ConsThe biggest drawback is the price. The only downside to this product is its cost. While I understand it contains quality ingredients and is used in small amounts, the price for 17ml is certainly not cheap. If I hadn't had the chance to test this product, I probably wouldn't have purchased it.
TipI also applied small amounts to my frown lines and nasolabial folds, not just around the eyes! My pro tip: I used this after applying a hydrating serum, and it worked wonders for both hydration and wrinkles without feeling sticky!

I loved how it absorbs quickly without leaving any residue, while maintaining hydration for quite a while. Sometimes heavy products can cause small bumps, but this one didn't. It also didn't irritate my skin, which was great. It has a rose scent, but since it's only applied around the eyes and the fragrance isn't too strong, I found it acceptable.
ConsApart from a slight burning sensation when I first applied it, it was fine. (I've continued using it since it's been okay after that initial application.) I haven't seen any effects on my dark circles yet, but that might be because I've only been using it for about a week. (I'll need to use it longer to really tell.)

I'm a woman in my 30s with combination skin. What I liked: I've been avoiding eye creams because they often feel too rich and sit on top of my skin. However, the Isoi BR Blemish Care Eye Cream has a light emulsion texture that's not too thick. It absorbs well and is easy to apply, making it a comfortable product to use. Despite not being thick, it still feels like it's giving a nice, firm application. Oh, and I love Isoi's signature pink tube packaging - it's so pretty! Plus, the subtle rose scent that's typical of Isoi products makes applying the eye cream a pleasant experience.
ConsWhat could be improved: While the emulsion texture absorbs quickly, which is great, I felt it might be slightly lacking in deep hydration. This eye cream seems more suitable for those with oily skin rather than those who experience significant dryness around their eyes.
TipMy personal tip: I apply the eye cream first, then layer on a generous amount of moisturizer. In the evening, I even add a firming cream on top! This seems to 'seal in' the eye cream that's been absorbed, which I find works even better. Please note, this is just my personal experience with the product.

Since dark circles were more of a concern for me than wrinkles, I felt this eye cream was more suited to my needs! While previous eye creams I've used tended to be thick and heavy, this Blemish eye cream has a moisturizing texture that absorbs well. It leaves a smooth finish that sinks in without any tightness. Though I've only been using it for about a week and haven't seen dramatic results yet, its pleasant scent and feel make me reach for it often. Plus, being from the skin-friendly ISOI brand, it doesn't cause any stinging or discomfort when applied to the delicate eye area. And considering it's relatively affordable compared to other eye creams, that makes it even better!
ConsI noticed the same finish as when I used the blemish serum. Maybe because I have oily skin, but for some reason it feels like it pills a bit when I touch it after some time has passed. It does stay moisturizing for longer, but keep in mind that there's still that slight pilling sensation. If the blemish serum worked well for you, this eye cream should be a perfect match!
TipSince this eye cream also helps with dark circles, I find myself dabbing it on various blemishes and even smile lines. It spreads well and moisturizes effectively with just a small amount, so use it generously!

It's deeply hydrating. 2. The rose fragrance is delightful. 3. Unlike other eye creams, it has a light, fluid texture - perfect for my combination dehydrated skin that appears in spring (I'm dry in winter!). 4. Its white, firming effect gives the illusion that my dark circles are disappearing. 5. Suitable for both morning and night use, as it's not overly rich. 6. I have super sensitive skin that typically flares up with redness and irritation when wearing a mask. Surprisingly, this product hasn't caused any reactions in the current spring weather (despite containing a couple of potential allergens)!
Cons1. The texture transitions from fluid to moisturizing, which might not appeal to those used to firmer eye creams. 2. The fragrance is quite strong, which could be polarizing. 3. As it's not winter, the moisturizing properties of this eye cream caused a few small blemishes around my smile lines, possibly due to its richness.
TipFor my skincare routine, I use toner, then moisturizer, followed by this eye cream. If you have combination or oily skin, you might find that when you're at home, using just a hydrating toner and this eye cream works well!

My first impression was that it had the same rose scent as the ISOI Blemish Care Serum, probably because they're from the same line. The cream has a pale yellow color. I've tried various eye creams, but this one absorbed into my skin without feeling heavy, and I loved how it left a firm, bouncy finish. I'd recommend this to anyone who dislikes a heavy finish. Unlike some eye creams that caused eye irritation, this one didn't, probably due to its gentle ingredients. It feels quite nourishing - you know how sometimes using a rich product suddenly can surprise your skin and cause blemishes? Well, I've been using this without any issues. I'm so excited about it that I'm even applying it to my smile lines and nasolabial folds. The next morning after application, I was pleased to find the eye area still feeling hydrated.
ConsThere weren't any downsides to mention. It's challenging to write a minimum of 20 characters about cons!

Scent (subtle rose fragrance) 2. Not too thick 3. Moisturizing (watery cream texture?) 4. Absorbs well (sinks in quickly) 5. Not greasy (suitable for use before makeup) 6. Convenient packaging (tube) 7. Pretty pink design (soothing)
Cons1. Might run out quickly due to how well it absorbs 2. Check for potentially sensitizing ingredients
Tip1. Use on various areas like under-eyes, between brows, and nasolabial folds 2. Instead of rubbing, gently pat with fingertips to help absorption

The light fragrance wasn't overpowering, making it pleasant and easy to use. I loved the subtle floral notes. Texture: When I squeezed the eye cream onto my hand, it had an emulsion-like consistency. It was slightly thinner than a thick emulsion but not runny - a perfect balance between rich and fluid, which I really appreciated. Positive aspects: It absorbed well like an emulsion without feeling greasy, making it suitable for both night and morning skincare routines as a final step. As someone who's been feeling exhausted lately, I've noticed more dark circles and fine lines around my eyes. After consistently using this eye cream, I felt like my eye area looked brighter (though it could be psychological). There was definitely a noticeable difference between before and after using the product. I had some fine lines around my eyes, but moisturizing with this eye cream made the skin feel much firmer. Above all, I loved how it finished without any sticky feeling!
ConsPeople who prefer a richer texture and more intense hydration might find this product slightly lacking.
