Not irritating at all and provides great hydration!
ConsIt's on the thicker side, so you need to take time to massage it into your face for it to absorb. If you just quickly apply it, it feels like it's sitting on top of your skin!

Cons- Small quantity - If we're being picky, it might leave a slightly oily residue on the forehead and temples where oil tends to accumulate
TipThe hydration to oil ratio is perfect for combination dehydrated skin

I have sensitive skin. As you can see in the Day 1 photo, I've been getting some small bumps lately, possibly due to dryness. Texture: On the first day, right after receiving the Acness Cream, I cleansed my skin thoroughly, applied a gentle toner, and then spread a thin layer of the cream. The texture is perfect for application in hot weather! I used to use Astr* cream before. This feels somewhere between a moisturizer and a cream? Performance: Probably thanks to the houttuynia cordata extract, after applying morning and night for 3-5 days, I noticed a significant reduction in small bumps. I think I'll definitely repurchase this (refer to the photos, the right one is recent).
ConsAbsorption: On the first day, I liked that it wasn't sticky, but as for absorption, the more I used it day by day, it felt like it was sitting on top of my skin?
TipPro tip: Although I mentioned absorption as a downside, if you apply it in thin layers, slowly building up 2-3 layers, it works great! It really helps in getting rid of those small bumps.

It's a soothing cream that doesn't make my skin oily, yet provides enough hydration to keep it moisturized. Fragrance: Being extremely sensitive to scents, I always smell skincare products first when testing. I was thrilled to find this cream has absolutely no fragrance. (Great for those with fragrance sensitivities!) Packaging: I prefer hygienic tube-type creams over jar creams that require dipping fingers in. This cream comes in a tube, making it convenient to carry and hygienic to use. (The slim design also makes it easy to slip into small bags!) Ingredients: Given my sensitive skin that reacts even to famously gentle products, I'm extremely cautious when choosing skincare. This product didn't cause any burning sensation or hives. In fact, it seemed to slightly improve my small blemishes, which I really appreciated.
ConsSoothing Effect: While it does seem to reduce small blemishes and make skin feel softer, the improvement isn't as dramatic as described, which is slightly disappointing. Moisturizing: It's perfect for light morning use, but when applied at night, I still wake up with slightly dry and tight skin around my eyes and mouth. Absorption: When applying makeup after using this cream, there's a feeling of excess moisture on the skin surface, suggesting its absorption could be better.
Tip* Due to the slight excess moisture feeling, gently pat the skin with a clean sponge before makeup application for better results. * For nighttime use, apply an additional heavier cream around the eyes and mouth, or layer this cream 2-3 times for wake up without any tightness. * The complimentary mini tube would be perfect as a portable option for travel or gym visits.

It's kind of hard to describe... maybe a bit powdery? The consistency is similar to watermelon! It doesn't cause blemishes or particularly soothe the skin, it's just perfect as a hydrating cream.
ConsThe application and adherence are a bit disappointing... It doesn't feel like it's really sticking to the skin, more like it's just sitting on top. Since it's called a Blemish cream, I expected it to have a soothing effect, but not really... haha.
TipIt works well when mixed with ampoules!

Texture: It's not a thick cream formula, so even my sister with oily skin finds it light and easy to apply. I have combination-dry skin, and I'd say it feels somewhere between refreshing and rich. Absorption: It doesn't seem to absorb quickly. I prefer applying cream while my skin still has some toner on it, but using this product that way leads to somewhat ambiguous absorption. Sometimes it feels like the moisture is just sitting on top of the skin. It's best to follow the recommended method of applying a thin layer at a time. Moisturizing power: As someone with combination-dry skin, I usually feel dryness after using other creams, but not with this one! That's probably what I like most about it. It seems to be a cream that both calms my skin and provides a good level of hydration. Blemishes: I didn't experience any additional breakouts while using this product. It's great as a general moisturizer, but I was surprised by its soothing effect. When I applied it over a squeezed pimple before bed, there was hardly any scar the next day. However, please note that it's not a miracle product that dramatically makes all acne disappear. It helped with the marks from squeezed pustules, but didn't significantly change other small pimples. I think that's because it's primarily a soothing product.
ConsSometimes I apply the cream thickly, which takes longer to absorb. The problem is that the container opening is too large, dispensing too much product at once. It's a hassle to divide and apply it, and if I end up using it all, it tends to sit on top of the skin. This situation keeps repeating. Apart from this issue, I don't think there are any other drawbacks.
TipI use this cream along with ampoules (parsley, carrot) advertised on Instagram, and they work well together. I've been using these ampoules for a long time but couldn't find the perfect cream texture to pair with them until now. When I use this product with those ampoules, the soothing effect is remarkable. Please note that this might be specific to my skin type. My routine involves applying toner or skin in the first step, then mixing the cream with a few drops of ampoule in my palm and applying it directly to my face in the second step. The cream is gentle and fragrance-free, making it suitable for everyone to use lightly. Since it absorbs well even when applied thinly, it's appropriate for oily skin types, and those with dry skin can layer it, which I think is a great feature. I especially recommend this to anyone with pustular acne who's looking for a mild moisturizer. Give it a try! I'm glad I received such a great cream as part of The Hwahae Testers! I got one large and one small size, and I think I'll make good use of both.

Here's my review after using this cream for about two weeks: The texture is just right - not too runny, but not heavy or sticky either. It feels like it's really hydrating and locking in moisture. When I apply it at night, my skin feels silky smooth in the morning after cleansing. The ingredients are great for my super sensitive skin. I always check the ingredient list, and I'm happy to report there's nothing in here that could potentially irritate my skin. The packaging is convenient and hygienic. It's also the perfect size to carry around for when you need a quick hydration boost on-the-go. As for the scent, I usually avoid fragranced products due to my sensitive nose. While this does have a slight fragrance, it's not overpowering and doesn't bother me when applying. I'm quite satisfied with how subtle it is.
ConsThe cream leaves a slightly oily film on the skin to lock in moisture. This means it takes a while to absorb when applied in the morning, and it can cause pilling with sunscreen or makeup. The container opening is a bit wide, which can make it tricky to control how much product comes out, especially when you first start using it. While it's great for nighttime use, I wouldn't rely on it for intense skin soothing. After two weeks of use, I didn't notice any dramatic calming effects.
TipFor better absorption in the morning, try applying small amounts in multiple thin layers!

This cream looks like a regular moisturizer, but when applied, it feels more like a hydrating gel cream! Instead of being thick and heavy, it has a refreshing feel. I use it in my evening routine after cleansing, toner, and serum, as I worry it might cause pilling under makeup in the morning. When I wake up after using this, my skin doesn't feel dry at all - it's great! The product contains ingredients that are good for skin regeneration, so I'm curious to see if it will have any long-term effects on healing acne scars.
ConsThe downside is that the product doesn't seem to absorb well into the skin. When applied, it feels like it's sitting on top of the skin, which is why I can't even consider using it in the morning before makeup. I'm only applying it at night. While I love the ingredients, I'd be more inclined to use this long-term if the formula was improved for better absorption.
TipI use this as the final step in my evening skincare routine, after applying other products. Used this way, it works almost like a sleeping pack! (Recently, I've been trying it on some acne scars on my back after showering. I'm hoping to see some regenerative effects there too!)

Skin type: Combination skin, oily T-zone, deep dryness Products I usually prefer: I like products that absorb well and make my skin feel firm, like CNP Laboratory Propolis Ampoule, Goodal Tangerine Vita C Serum, and isoi Blemish Care Serum Soothing: These days, there are so many gentle products that I wasn't really worried about blemishes or irritation. They rarely occur anyway... I didn't noticeably feel any reduction in redness though. Still, it was really decent overall. Good job! Hydration: Many products claim to be hydrating creams, but honestly, I don't believe it... My idea of a hydrating cream is something close to aloe gel, like Primera's hydrating cream, but with longer-lasting moisture. This product wasn't like that, it was just an honest cream texture. Not as heavy as a night cream, just a true 'cream' texture. It felt more rich than hydrating. I suppose it's made that way because you need some oil for long-lasting skin moisture, right? A truly long-lasting hydrating product makes your skin feel plump when you wake up in the morning, but this wasn't quite at that level. Of course, it's a daily cream, so it had a reasonable amount of hydration. Just decent overall
ConsRich feel: I know the oil is there to maintain hydration, but... personally, it wasn't my preferred type. It felt like it couldn't lock in the deep moisture and just sat on top... and even that evaporated quickly, leaving me feeling disappointed that it couldn't hold onto the moisture for long. It would be perfect to apply after a super hydrating serum. A good daily cream for a light application! Deep dryness: As someone for whom deep hydration is crucial, this was a letdown... Maybe because it's the type where both the oil and moisture evaporate quickly, it feels a bit heavy to apply before makeup, and too light to apply before bed. So unfortunately, I won't be purchasing... nope. While my personal review isn't that positive, it's definitely suitable as a daily cream for light application! I might be scoring it a bit harshly because there are so many great creams out there these days that they all seem similar!
