I've tried 5 different sunstick brands! I've left reviews on the Hwahae Trial Reviewer. I purchased the Makepreem sunstick because it's non-nano. I was curious about non-nano sunsticks as they are not very common! My skin type is extremely dry, so I chose a sunstick that is very moisturizing and rich in oils. Although it's non-nano, it's not matte but rather soft and smooth. However, after about 5 hours, I do start to feel some dryness. To prevent this, I reapply every 1 hour. The texture applies smoothly and evenly. The scent is a subtle, chemical-like floral aroma. It's a faint scent that only I can detect, not noticeable to those around me. The scent may be divisive, with some liking it and others not. I would repurchase it about 20% of the time. Reapplying every 1-2 hours is a bit inconvenient for me.
Cons
It's unavoidable since it's a mineral-based sunscreen..?? There's a white cast. The sun stick doesn't get on your hands and you can apply it smoothly without looking in the mirror, which is convenient, but there's a white cast so you can't apply it multiple times, and you have to rub it in, so it gets on your hands.. The white cast is the only downside. It has many advantages!
Tip
The dark circles will brighten up after applying it a couple of times due to the whitening effect! And the sunscreen has a drying effect, so applying a generous amount of moisturizer will prevent extreme dryness. These are my personal tips.😁
