It doesn't rinse off well with water. Compared to oil cleansers, you have to rinse for 5 more minutes to barely get it off. It's more moisturizing than oil cleansers, but that also means a tissue is essential.

The cost-effectiveness is good. Cleansing balms these days usually cost over 30,000 won for 200ml, but this one is a large size for only 15,000 won, so it's extremely affordable.
I've been using it during the winter, and it does a better job of moisturizing and managing oil compared to other oil cleansers.
Makeup is removed well, but when rinsing with water later, it doesn't rinse off easily. So I think it's best to use only a small amount, melt the makeup, and then wipe it off with a tissue or cotton pad before rinsing with lukewarm water. If you use too much, even mascara doesn't come off easily, and the cream components don't rinse off with water.
