Great value for money. Most cleansing balms these days cost over $30 for 200ml, but this one is incredibly affordable at just $15 for a large size. I've been using it in winter, and it manages oil and moisture balance better than other oil cleansers. It removes makeup effectively, but it doesn't rinse off easily with water. So, it's best to use a small amount to dissolve makeup, then wipe with a tissue or cotton pad before rinsing with lukewarm water. Using too much makes it hard to wash off the cream, even though it removes mascara well. For those short on time, I'd recommend an oil cleanser instead. This takes about three times longer to rinse off, making makeup removal more time-consuming and tedious. However, in winter, it leaves my skin feeling soft and balanced after removing makeup. It seems to maintain a good oil and moisture balance. It doesn't rinse off easily with water. Compared to oil cleansers, it takes about 5 minutes longer to wash off. While it's more hydrating than oil cleansers, you'll definitely need tissues to remove it properly. - yk*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 5, 2021
The price was affordable. It's a cream that transforms into an oil-like texture when you massage it in. After using it just once or twice, my face felt a tingling sensation and my skin completely broke out. - no******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedFeb 23, 2021
You need to use this product with a microfiber towel (like a makeup remover cloth) soaked in warm water! When I first encountered it in Canada, it wouldn't come off with just water or foam cleanser. I checked the website and found out you have to remove it with a microfiber cloth! After that, I've been using it wonderfully! Apply it evenly like you're massaging, then wipe it off with a warm, damp cloth. In the dry winter months, it leaves your skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth! If you don't master the proper usage, it won't come off at all, leaving you wondering what's going on! Definitely not recommended for summer. The cloth removal method is a big no-no for those with sensitive facial skin. Also not suitable for oily skin types! Make sure to remove it with a microfiber towel glove or cloth. This remover is really helpful for those with very dry or dry skin! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinFeb 6, 2019
To be honest, I can't think of any positives. It's just time spent with my facial skin, I guess? It's way too greasy. My skin is combination dehydrated, but I couldn't feel any hydration or improved cleansing effectiveness after using it. Instead, I only got blemishes around my nose and under my lips... Who recommended this? I'm so disappointed. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 28, 2018
This formula is a godsend for my super sensitive eyes. It's so gentle that I don't experience any burning sensation or irritation. It works hard to remove all my heavy eye makeup, including stubborn mascara, without any harsh tugging or pulling at the delicate eye area. After use, my skin feels incredibly smooth and refreshed. While it's great for removing makeup, I find I need to follow up with a second cleanser to truly feel clean. It seems to function more as a makeup removing cream and moisturizer combo rather than a full-fledged cleanser. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinOct 21, 2017
I tried the Cucumber variant of this product. It was incredibly budget-friendly. I didn't feel like it was effectively cleansing my face. Despite claims that it 'won't clog pores', I discovered it contains a pore-clogging ingredient, which explains why I experienced a major breakout, particularly on my forehead. Use this as an oil-based cleanser, then follow up with a cleanser containing AHA or BHA for a thorough cleansing routine.
