I agree that the ingredients are gentle, and the product is mild. However, it may not make a strong impression on the average 30-something male skincare novice, which is a bit disappointing.

On the flip side, the fact that even someone who is not very sensitive to skincare products can still perceive the gentle nature of this product means it definitely delivers on the low-irritation promise.

The fragrance has a subtle medicinal note, but it's very faint and not at all irritating. I think I've encountered a similar scent in Avène products, but I can't recall which specific one.

The texture is quite runny for a cream, with a watery, lotion-like feel rather than a typical cream consistency. It's a bit odd.

I used to use the original Le Creme Concentre cream, but since my skin is dry, I had to apply it twice and it tends to get quite dry over time.. It also has a bit of a smell, and I think the cream I used before suited me better.

The scent. As many have pointed out, it would be great if it had no scent at all. It has a distinct plastic-like, pungent odor... you have to hold your breath when applying it. When you rub it in and bring your hand close to your nose, it's a bit unpleasant. 
It feels stiff and drying. After applying sunscreen, when the moisture evaporates, it gets a bit stiff and rigid - that feeling is present here too. Not great for dry, mature skin.
For thin, dry skin, there are small reddish patches that appear in the morning.
It's not a perfect fit for East Asian skin types without much peach fuzz. It would probably suit babies or Westerners with a light layer of down better.

It's easy to apply, has a generous amount, feels great to apply, has no white cast, and doesn't slide off. The shine is radiant.

In the winter, you'll need to apply it along with other ampoules to prevent dryness.

I used to really enjoy using the Concentrate product for years, but the ingredients have become quite undesirable, so it's not worth continuing to use it. I decided to try the Sensitive version instead. Since it's winter, I wanted something I could easily apply and leave on overnight, like a sleeping pack. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous number of samples - I think they'll work well for me. The Concentrate samples can be used during my makeup routine.
