I've tried all the high-end department store foundations, but this one applies incredibly thin. The absorption is excellent when you put it on, and it feels like it sets instantly. It really emphasizes dry patches and doesn't cover pores at all. The coverage is poor too. I think it would be too drying for those with dry skin. Maybe it's better suited for people with already good skin? Looking at the photo, you can see this level of coverage around the eye line! So I just use it for quick outings. When I mix it with a moisturizing sunscreen, it doesn't darken my skin much and it's a decent foundation for the price! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 27, 2024
[For combination dehydrated skin and super sensitive skin] Overall, it applies incredibly thinly without any feeling of heaviness. I really dislike when my skin feels suffocated using foundation or cushions, but this doesn't give that sensation at all, which is great. The formula itself is quite fluid, almost to the point of being runny. It adheres to the skin exceptionally well and absorbs smoothly. Even if you hastily pat it on, it doesn't pill much and naturally clings to the skin. While the coverage might be a bit lacking, applying it twice can somewhat conceal light blemishes like freckles. It's easy to apply and creates a pretty skin finish, making it a great recommendation for those new to makeup. As mentioned above, the coverage is a bit weak. It's also quite drying. If you have very dry skin, it might accentuate dead skin cells or start to separate quickly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinOct 30, 2022
First off, the sleek design really catches the eye. The formula applies with a moisturizing feel, yet sets to a matte finish. Despite its hydrating texture, it sets relatively quickly. It's not extremely matte, so you don't have to worry about dead skin cells becoming noticeable or pores being emphasized over time. It's great that it doesn't come off even when you remove your mask. It adheres thinly to the skin with minimal coverage. Think of it as a CC cream with a variety of shades. I have a 22-23 skin tone and prefer a bright, radiant makeup look. However, I don't want it to look too light and floaty, so I'm glad I chose the Porcelain shade based on the comments. It applies so thinly that even though it's shade 17, it's only as light as shade 21. Plus, as time passes and my natural complexion shows through, it looks even more natural. While the lack of coverage could be seen as a downside, I'm actually satisfied with it since I bought it for a natural look. However, I'm slightly disappointed that my natural skin tone seems to become more prominent than the foundation color over time. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 5, 2021
I think the biggest advantage of this product is undoubtedly its design. Just placing it on your vanity makes it look like a decorative object, serving as an interior accent piece. In fact, this was the main reason I bought it. The product's performance doesn't fall short either. It applies thinly while providing hydration to the skin. It feels moisturizing when applied but finishes matte, so it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. Since it applies thinly and moistly, the coverage is inevitably a bit lacking. However, I decided to purchase it knowing I'd need to use additional concealer, so it doesn't particularly bother me. Perhaps because I have dry skin, the matte finish seems to accentuate fine lines and creasing around the nose. I apply it by gently patting with a dense sponge. Since it's a matte finish type, I recommend using it after thorough skincare to ensure your skin is well-hydrated.
