On the drier side. The texture isn't too watery, but just right. While it doesn't absorb lightning-fast, it does the job well. When your skin feels parched, applying it two or three times really quenches that thirst. Suitable for dry skin types. After discovering Hwahae, I realized that the 24k gold product I thought I'd use forever actually contains some potentially harmful ingredients. While the levels might be moderate, knowing they're there makes me feel uneasy about long-term use... I've been using this ampoule for a while now, especially since it's winter and my skin is dry! While you might accidentally end up with gold flakes stuck to your face if you're not careful, I can guarantee you'll wake up with honey-like skin if you apply plenty of this ampoule during your night care routine and follow up with a modeling mask. I checked the ingredients on Hwahae for the first time, and it seems to have relatively more potentially harmful ingredients compared to other products. Although I haven't experienced any blemishes while using it, it does make me a bit hesitant. Make sure to handle the gold flakes carefully!

I was hesitant to write a review since it's a pretty standard product, but I feel there's no better bang for your buck, so here goes. My routine is using a pad, then this ampoule, followed by cream. I'm satisfied with how it doesn't pill, provides just the right amount of hydration, and has a smooth application. If you're looking for a reliable product, I'd recommend this one. It should work for all skin types, and I think even those with super sensitive skin would find it suitable. However, if you're specifically looking for something to combat deep dryness, I wouldn't suggest this. There's no noticeable effect, to be honest. What I mean is, there's no real difference before and after application. I was excited about this product even before applying it because of the gold particles inside. Despite its luxurious name, I thought it would feel heavy, but it absorbs quickly. The gold particles blend in seamlessly when gently rolled onto the skin! As someone with dry skin, I found it a bit disappointing. However, it was nice to apply in the morning! Great for daily use! Not recommended for nighttime use though.
