 It's great for morning cleansing! And it's also good to use after working out or in the summer when you feel sweaty and sticky, and need to cleanse your face more than twice a day.

 Personally, I don't have any complaints, but if you have oily skin or prefer a deep cleansing, I wouldn't recommend this.
